Used Neteller as primary funding on Pokerstars, switched to MB now PS won't let me go back

From 2004-2008 I used Neteller to deposit/withdraw on stars. Then I changed to MB, apparently they had to 'block' NT supposedly 'forever'. I'm trying to go back to have NT as an option but they said its blocked now. I'm trying to convince them, has anyone had success with this?

why was it suspended from your account?
I havent used neteller in a while but i still have the option on the cashier
