Hello,
It turns out the payout was cancelled by Skrill. And after review the payout details, I see that the following email was inputted to pay too, (my email but missing one character) Unlike your email (my email here) , it has only 1 "O". Is this the correct Skrill account?
Your $7274 payout has been credited back to your Casino account. Please submit a new payout ensuring that the info submitted is correct and we will process it as soon as we can.
All my best,
Elle

So on one hand I'm thrilled to see that apparently my money has not fallen down a Black Hole and is in fact, back in my account.
On the other hand, I now start from scratch again.
I've resubmitted my Skrill cash out request and now the waiting game has begun anew.
I know better than to think that Lock will give my request any kind of priority, despite the error or the delay, so I'm back in line like everyone else.
It's amazing how good I feel about this development despite the fact that it's basically a "hurry up and wait" response, but given the delay and lack of information before this, it's a relief.
And all though I don't know for sure, I suspect that Shane may have had something to do with this issue finally get resolved to this point....so thanks Shane if you had anything to do with it.
I will update again as this new cash out request progresses.
