Anyone have long-term experience with Full Flush poker? I went on to play yesterday and got some stupid error message that an error occurred and that it was most likely due to network connectivity problems or restricted access due to company policy. I emailed them and got this response:

Thanks for contacting.
Yesterday our software developer performed a Poker Client update but once we went online there were glitches affecting so we decided to go offline to get a 100% fix.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, at the very moment no estimated time frame is given, but we are currently working on it. We appreciate your patience.

If you go to the website it isn't there any more and just gives a number to call and email address. Has this happened before or is this basically a sign that they are shutdown for good.

Check out the "official EPN" thread for info on this. Personally I think they finally closed shop, but who knows.

I think 5 dimes was forced to leave due to them offering 50% RB w/ POPs. Could be wrong though

You are correct that no one had posted about what the site currently displayed.
Fair enough.

Yeah, they're done. Mods should get ready to start the official refund request thread if it doesn't already exist.

Funny how Kahn probably did not lose a dime and made money on taking on the risk even tho it failed.

I think their customer service people may actually be sold on it being a glitch. I spent 20 minutes chatting with one, wasn't too productive though....

10/2/2016 Live Chat

Chat session started at 8:45:35
Please be patient while you are being connected with an operator ...
You are now chatting with Robert
Robert: Welcome to Full Flush Poker, may I please have your username?
jim: Whats up with the network and the webpages?
jim: whois.com says the domains are for sale!
Robert: Hello Jim.
Robert: This Friday our software developer performed a Poker Client update but once we went online there were
glitches affecting so we decided to go offline to get a 100% fix.
jim: but how does that effect the website?
jim: and why is the domain listed for sale on whois.com??
Robert: Thank you for the heads up, at this point we are waiting on a time frame from our Service Provider Jim.
jim: Wait, you didn't know your website was down the last day and ahlaf?
jim: *day and a half
Robert: We knew it affected our Webiste too, surely, however, showing it listed at whois.com is not something I
personally knew.
jim: Well, surprise!
jim: not that it is a good surprise
jim: it is for sale for $500
Robert: I will surely contact you once everything is back up to xxxxxxxxxx.com
Robert: Thank you for your understanding Jim.
jim: well, im not too understanding about it
jim: i have a wire that has been in lalaland (owners pockets) for ten months
jim: the site is for sale
jim: and the crackhead, errrr crackpot tech team needs days to fix and update that amazingly knocked down the
website even though it is not on the same server
jim: there is word that they didn't pay the licensing fees to Curacao and that is the actual reason you went off line
Robert: There is not much information I have on my end Jim, details in regards to server location, etc, we do hope
for a successful update today, that is what I can tell you.
jim: http://whois.domaintools.com/fullflush.com
jim: Not trying to be a dick to you, I know you are stuck as a customer service guy, but it sure doesnt smell too
good
jim: I only have $2,300 that was vaporized there, some people have more than 40K
Robert: Thank you, I do appreciate that, however, after two unsuccessful timeframes, we are simply avoiding a new
time frame, again, I will email you as soon as it gets back on track.
jim: are you suggesting that you are not concerned as an employee??
10/2/2016 Live Chat
http://www.livehelpnow.net/lhn/lc.aspx 2/2
jim: It feels more like a ride on a high speed sybian with kerosene as a lube, not that I have experience with that.
Robert: Sybian and Kerosene, not much I can say around that lovely combination.
jim: Yes, an unfortunate combination. Truly.
jim: I'm going to get a puppy this week, (I have ADHD, OCD, PMS, down with OPP while eating a BLT). That $2,300 wire would
enable me to buy those cute little booties for the cold weather. Now my puppy's paws will be cold.
jim:
jim: It doesn't seem like the management is concerned about the puppy I will buy this week. That is cruel.
jim: If I move down to Costa Rica, we could sing this song together....
jim: It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
It's a neighborly day in this beautywood,
A neighborly day for a beauty,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.
So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you please,
Won't you please,
Please won't you be my neighbor?
Spoken*: Hi television neighbor, I'm glad we're together again....
jim: Wouldn't that be grand?!?!
jim: Robert, I get the feeling you are not providing me with excellent customer care since you are not responding.
jim: You make me sad face fine, I'll go bite my toenails down to the quick and wait for the mystery wire to
appear. I do honestly wish you the best of days! ;)

To answer your questions Lilian...
1) who knows, probably ran out of money. If there was a tech 'glitch' then they would have just gone back to the prior version. The 'glitch' is they likely ran out of money.

2) The glitch has been in the process for a long time, the site and network down for a couple days.

3) As far as how the payments will be effected. Well, you should experience very little change in that regard. They will continue to not go out as they have the last 12-18 months.

I played for a little on Friday and the connection was terrible and the software kept freezing, so update glitch story kinda checks out if you ignore everything else.

Harrison:Thank you. How may I help you?
Amanda:I'm wondering if there is any news today about when the site will be back up?
Harrison:Still working on it at this time
Harrison:But we will be sure to contact all players once its back
Harrison:It was up for 23 minutes yesterday
Harrison:But glitchy
Harrison:So they are reconfiguring it again
Amanda:I see, well thanks for the info.

Jaded,

By yesterday, do you mean October 2nd (10/02), or was this conversation from a few days ago referring to it being up on September 30th (9/30)?

I hear that's a great place to house yourself if your plan is to steal your player's money.

Wrong. My friend found out the restaurant he worked for closed when he showed up for his shift and saw an "out of business" sign posted. There's many reasons for them to keep their support staff/low level employees in the dark about the companies future; one
being they are praying/scrambling to find a way to stay open.

Won't happen though.

so the FF employees showed up for their shift, saw an "out of business sign" but still walked in and answered the phones? the comparison you made is apples versus oranges.

Reading comprehension much? The restaurant owners knew they were going out of business, but neglected to tell the staff because they would stop showing up for shifts/find new jobs before the enevitable closure; disrupting the restaurants final cash grab attempt.

If you can't see how that relates to the question of why full flush employees may be in the dark/mislead about the companies future by the higher ups, then just stop posting.
