Hey All,

With the bank transfer option on Full Tilt looking like it will never be fixed, I need a new way of getting my funds off of the site. Paper checks seem easy enough, but I would like to avoid the trouble of faxing them my bank information and identification, and would like a faster option.

Has anyone used their Ultra Prepaid option for withdrawals? I have already set up and account with them but I wanted to hear from some other people that have used it successfully before using it myself. Thanks for the help.

Never used it for withdrawals and never would. The fees are kind of steep. Much better to just send in your ID and take paper checks IMO.

there's already been acouple threads about this within the last 2 days...

I used them twice for withdrawals. They use (or did use) the same echeck processor as FT, and since I cahsed out right when FT was hving trouble. Ultra had the same trouble.
and my withdrawals took about 1 month.
(but at least they have a phone number)

This is my last option to withdraw.

Anyone with success stories? Can someone explain the process? Any fees charged?

Thank you.

find a trustworthy euro or canadian player that doesn't have trouble getting withdraws off of FTP and trade them for PS money, and then get a check from PS.

I can just image this getting shut down and you are stuck with $4k worth of long-distance telephone credit.

I use them sometimes. But it is basically the same problem. If ftp is having problems then ultra does too.

I use to be able to use ultra for bank transfers to my account(which was nice and quick) but last week that option disappeared.

I had to set up a new bank wire option which has no fee except the fee my bank will charge($35-50 i think). There limits are kinda low too.

I cashed out some monies yesterday and it is still processing. It usually goes through to Ultra within 5 mins. I really really hope Ultra does not get frozen. this sux btw

Do you mean you set this up through Ultra? If so, do I find a link for that on their site?

DO NOT USE ULTRA PREPAID.DO NOT USE ULTRA PREPAID.
I am in the midst of a terrible experience with Ultra Prepaid. I withdrew from my Fulltillt account unaware of their high fees. I am willing to accept this because I was negligent in doing research to find out about their fees.

It took 10 days for the status to change from pending to successful. I have called them for 3 hours now trying to get through to someone but their phone system is absolutely terrible. Roughly one in ten calls goes through pasted the busy signal or all circuits are busy message. Of the calls that do make it through, 80% of the calls that go through get disconnected. Finally after reaching a customer service rep I found out that there is going to be a minimum of 20 business days following the message changing from pending to successful, before the money hits my bank account. However they are experiencing long delays so I should be patient. It is January 23rd, I withdrew on the January 9th, I wonder if I will receive my money before March 1st. Glad I paid their Ridiculous fees for the speedy transaction and great customer service.

I withdrew from ultraprepaid on December 18th and have to receive my funds in my checking account as of today February 2nd. As for fees my withdrawal was for $2500 and was only charged $5. What sucks is that I also withdrew funds via Full Tilt Echeck withdrawal for 2500 on December 19th, but i recieved that money in my checking account 3 days ago. So hopefully this one is right behind it. I'll keep you updated

WOW - ok...

I started a thread a few days ago asking about GatorPay, No one had heard of it - come to find out today it's the same thing as Ultra.

Here is my experience.

Several months ago I started using Ultra for EFT withdraws to my bank account, I always received the funds within 6-8 business days and I was ok with that.

Sometime around August i believe, they temporarily suspendid EFT withdraws so I initiated a wire transfer - that took 5-6 business days and I used it 3-4 times.

wire transfers cost me $50!! that is what Gator/Ultra charged me - then I get hit with $28 from my bank - even though my withdraws are usualy 2,5k-3k this fee is just crazy.

My last withdraw was around the end of Oct and was a wire that took 5 business days.

02 February, 2009, 11:10:00 AM Jay Diaz I am inquiring on my bank transfer ACH echeck withdrawal on December 18th. I have yet to receive the funds in my checking account. It has been 46 days, I need the money badly. This is really irritating and frustrating. I withdrew $2500 from full tilt poker via their echeck withdrawal on December 19th and I received it in my checking account on January 29th. To make amends they credited my account $250 USD. I need some form of compensation, can I get an estimate on when i will receive my funds, since i have bills that need to be paid with these funds. Seriously, this hasn't taken way to long. Be fair, let me know whats happening and when i can expect my funds. Some sort of compensation would be helpful. Overall, i really just want to know when i'm gonna get my funds.
thank you,
jay diaz

DO NOT USE ULTRA PREPAID FOR WITHDRAWALS !!!!

I have been waiting for my money from Ultra that I withdrew from Full Tilt Poker since Jan 5, 2009. These people are unbelieveable. I want to fly to Australia and break somebodies friggin neck. I have been calling these bastards every day for 2 weeks now. They keep telling me that they are working on it and the money should arrive in a couple of days. Definitely a couple of days. I don't know what kind of Racket these scumbags are running but do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TYPE OF MONEY TRANSFER. They should be removed from Full Tilt's Options and Full Tilt needs to get their **** together and offer their players a reliable means of withdrawing their winnings. I am going to request a paper check next time for sure, if I ever decide to do business with FTP again.
