i have sent to many countries now that i could not send to before
I have tried yesterday, I know for sure .be can't transfer to .uk as of right now, and that .uk players can't transfer to .be as of roughly a week after they were able to transfer to .eu again.
This is pretty annoying. Having the same issue when as a .BE I can't recieve funds from .UK. Is this something stars customer care dept can solve or is it just impossible?
my brother, who hasn't played a hand on Stars for over a year, saw me playing on the mobile app today and decided to install it himself. Thinking I was being helpful, I told him to be sure to install the .uk software. He got an error message when he tried to log in to the .uk client though, and was informed that his account can only be used on .com. I explained that he'd most likely have to install .com in order to agree to be migrated to .uk. He could then proceed to play on .uk.
He said "**** this" and gave up. I wonder how many other occasional / recreational players have done the same! Stars really ought to make this process simpler.
^ A LOT. I am a massive fish and haven't played since I got the same error. No idea how to fix it. Created my own thread because I'm itching to play, but I can only imagine the amount of fish that have thought "forget it".
Hello guys, I'm moving to UK for 2 years. I am playing on .bg in Bulgaria right now and asked support how i can migrate to .uk. They told me i have to make a new account in the UK and then told the bulgarian stars to lock my account for the being. They also told me that when i go back to Bulgaria for an extended period of time, i can ask them to unlock my account and play there. My question is, If i move to some other european country, I should make an eu account right, which is different from the .uk and .bg ones.Is it the same for .com? I know there are several countries like belgium (.be) and france (.fr) which have their own accounts. Just wondering how this works if they decide to move their accounts. Afaik, they should make a new one. Thanks in advance.

They seemed to give a reasonable (and presumably correct) answer for the Bulgaria to UK move. Why not ask them about the potential of a move to Europe and see what their response is?
