Well they finnaly answered, even is just another asking for patience email but at least i know now they will look into it.

It was very hard for me to accept that a company like Titan can act like this, without answering to emails after taken such an action. I made this thread when they stopped replying after an explanation of 3 words, now i have all the patience in the world and also a tremendous curiosity for the hand histories attached to what they called "irregular betting patterns".

Are you sure you haven't broken any bonus terms?

is the only account i have on ipoker. and dont forget they said they distributed money to the players involved in my irregular betting patterns hands - cant be nothing about bonuses.

on 20 december i sent them the next email:

"almost 3 weeks gone and i didnt receive the "high priority" answer .
is it so hard for a big company to admit that can make wrong decisions??? now you are digging after possible strange hands and cant find anyone right? again is it too hard to admit that we can make wrong decisions sometimes? I hope at least the person who took this absurd decision to learn something from it. Is not about the 3.000 euro is about taking decisions which you are incapable to demonstrate it.(no need to say if i am inocent or not you also know this answer)

Three weeks and you are stil digging after dont know what and i think you dont know what also. Come on in three weeks you are incapable to send me the hands you supposed i used irregular betting patterns... now the frustration is gone i am just very suprised something like this is happening in 2014 poker world."

and i received on the same day 20 deceber the next email :

now after 2 months and no answer from them looks pretty clear for me they cant justify their robbery." the high priority answer" means probably they will respond after 3 years. Asking patience is all they can say - not a single hand they can send to me regarding the money they we re confiscated...

sad for a big poker site... and very sad for a poker player who cant do nothing against it, even when is clear they we re taking the money abusive...bronx style...

Well, the story has a happy end - they said yesterday they sent to me the money after finishing the investigation.
So i could not find the answer to "what are irregular betting patterns"
