Tips/Advice - Best online poker site to startup again (US player)

Hey guys,
I am looking to start playing online again after a lengthy "break" from online poker. I've been away about 5 years now so I'm sure ALOT has changed. I see we can still no longer play at Tilt and Stars but saw a few others who look interesting.
Before I dive in I was hoping to get a little direction. Myself and my wife play (small stakes both NL and Limit) so looking for best site with best bonuses/rakeback deals with enough traffic to keep us busy. Thanks for any suggestions!!
