Time taken for a Full Tilt deposit to complete?

Last night (over 12 hours ago) I deposited from my bank account using the 'local bank transfer', to Full Tilt. The money was taken out of my bank account.
I checked back this morning, and I still haven't received my money. Should I be giving it time, or contacting support that I didn't receive my money?

You usually receive the money instantly, email FTP.
