4 $20k freerolls + 4 $50k freerolls + 1 $100k freeroll = 1 $380k awesome freeroll with a deep structure once a month.

also, you could still run tons of sats for bronze stars.

I think they should just get rid of the $50k supernova freerolls and add the money to the Bronze star freeroll or whatever. I'd rather they had that money and lost it to me in cash games than sit around and play freerolls all day.

lol at you guys expecting them to cancel it and give you an extra $20 a week in ev somewhere else. The freeroll is not aimed at pro grinders (who are already well catered for). Its aimed at the casual players and is great marketing for stars.

I'd still like to see them mix it up a bit tho. Scotty, can we:

- have it at a different time once an month?
- make it a 250 seat sunday million sat once a month.

yep... it's useless to supernovas

I've won this thing twice (well chopped with the chiplead late) and I still hate it. I've played it like 8 times this year. It sucks. It sucks so much that I choose not to play it even when I'm home and doing nothing.

If the idea is to attract fish, set up 10 $5k freerolls or something for lower levels........this freeroll is useless for supernovas

I never play these things anymore. I used to occasionally if I was playing poker anyway. Now I rarely play poker on Saturdays (weird yea) and I'm not giving up all these Saturdays to play $50K freerolls with 1500 entrants. Not worth it at all.

if they did this quarterly, then it would be a lot more than 600k. if they combined it with the 100k's it could be over 1 million.

Making it a monthly 200K or a bi-monthly 400K (that means every two month, right?) is a much better idea imo. It does not cost anything extra and I think people will like it much more.

If its somehow important to Pokerstars to have weekly freerolls you can also make something like a bi-monthly 200K for Supernovas and use the other 200K for a Gold/Platinum weekly freeroll or something...

How many chips do you think one would need to accumulate early to sit out and still cash? I think the most +EV strategy would be to shove every hand until I double up or bust and then sit out for the $50 or whatever.
