I won, but Pokerstars didn't register me for the round 3 500 FPP one, so now I'm out 500 FPP. Did this happen to anyone else?

It happened to quite a lot of people, actually. We're investigating to see what happened, and those who should have been put into the next round have been credited with 500 FPP.

How many emails is enough. I played in the 25 fpp round #1 sat. to the sunday million and qualified, then played in round #2 and qualified, after waiting for round #3 and seeing the trny start I realized I was not registered in the trny?????
Bummer for me......then I email PS 3x and no response. Has this ever happen to anyone else. Is there a better way to get their attention. If its this easy for the softeware to malfunction what else might they be doing???

great link eventhough I havent gotten an email response they did credit me w/ 500 fpp
now i need to decide how to spend the fpp go into round #3 or other trny.
I have had some success using the fpp to play in 70fpp SNG and when I have won that table (sat. to the 1/4 million) unregister and use the $11.oo
to play in a 10+1 cash SNG
????
