Stars fpp turbos merged into the steps?

I apologize if theres already a thread on this, I searched and found nothing. When did stars do away with the 5400 fpp turbos to the sunday million? I just played one less than 48 hours ago and now they appear to be gone and the only options now are the steps. These seemed to be by far the best value to convert fpps into $T or cash.

On sunday night they dont repopulate till later or Monday morning while the Sunday Million is in action.
