Stars - biggest bug ever?!?! Stars - biggest bug ever?!?!

Hi,not sure if this is the right section to post, but I guess it is...

I have just expirienced the most ridiculous thing ever.

Here is what happened:
I got disconnected for about 10 minutes during my Sit and Go session.
When I reconnected, everything worked pretty fine, except for 1 sit and go. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

I was seated at the table, but all actions done by me were automatic! I didn't get a chance to do any action by myself, however it did play normally.
In a similar case like this the player would probably just have all his hands folded and blinds down, but not here. Somehow I (I will stay with "I" because the play was with my account, not actually by me tho) shoved a few hands (good hands tho),like if at this one table my account was purely bot infested.
I also didn't get to see the cards I had before the hand ended so that I could look in the replayer. It did however show the hole cards of last hand in the instant HH/replayer as soon as hand was finished.
It was like if I was observer and someone played with my account (with the exception that I was able to see my hole cards of the last hand as soon as I opened instant replayer).
Whats also weird was that sometimes my account tanked for like 10 seconds before doing any action, sometimes to a shove it was insta-folded,like as if the "fold" box was checked.
The play done by the account was also very reasonable, all hands that were shoved were reasonable hands (AQ,KK,maybe more, cant remember) to shove.
One more ridiculous thing - when I chatted it showed me as observer chatting, however I got confirmed by someone at the table that for them I was seated at the table.

Again, all other tables worked just normal, just this one is just ridiculous.
It was like my account was one of these vietnamese bots that infest the 18 player SNGs lately (I have no proof they are bots, but to me it's relativly clear they are, dont wanna connect this thing with them though, just used it as example) in this specific SNG.

I have made a screenshot. Probably not the most useful one but it should give you an idea of what I mean.
Look at the backround, other tables worked fine.
However the big front one (I have made it this big for the purpose of the screenshot only).
You can see I chatted at the table,it shows I am observer chatting while I'm seated at the table, and an other player confirms this.
You can also notice that at the time I did the screenshot it was my turn, however I can't see my hole cards and can't do any action myself (no buttons).

This probably sounds like a load of bs to you,but it really happened like this.
I'm a Reg who isnt whoring forums or the community in general that much,so I don't need to pull bs

I've also sent an email to stars about this, will post reply of them as soon as they replied.

insta-change all ur passwords from a ANOTHER pc.
sounds like u got hacked.

edit: well, after reading ur post completely i don't really know what to make of this. when others could see ur chat as observerchat too, it sounds less like a hacked account but idd like some crazy-ass bug.

I was thinking something similar at first, but to me this doesnt make sense for the following reasons:
- why would it only take control of this one table and no others?
- why would it show my chat as observer while my account is seated at the table and I was logged in from this specific computer? Sounds more buggy than hacked to me
- why does it take all actions possible away from this one specific table? Shouldnt it more be like if you gave someone control over the computer over teamviewer, and thus you should still see your hole cards and be able to click buttons?

I will follow your suggestion though just to be safe, thanks

I got told by stars to send my log files to them and have done so,will keep posting

whatever that is, its way more likely to be a bug than a hack... first i thought, u maybe switched the new hot-key-function from stars on, but dunno

Nah never used that and probably never will (I use TNinja for the few things I dont click for)
I have just looked through the HH of that SNG,the play could literarily have been me (with 1 exception of a fold where I would have shoved) in terms of style and everything (it's like 20 hands after my disconnect).Makes a hack less likely tbh,and also, like I said, really cant imagine how it could even work out if it was a hack, will just see what stars has to say

This is going to sound silly, but are you 100% sure the bug wasn't just a simple bug where the table you were "observing" after the disconnect didn't pop up a second table after the disconnect, that you were controlling, and therefore it would look like somebody else playing almost identical to you because it was you?

Well there was only one table that I closed manually after the disconnect (because the table was "closed") and that was a SNG I got blinded out and got 2nd in.
Other than that I didnt close anything

People will pay top dollar for a bot that Stars cannot detect, you could be onto something here.

post a hand history or three from the table after you reconnected. I had this happen one before, for some reason the cache didn't clear and I was moved during the disconnect. it was actually another player that was at that seat even though it showed my name and avatar.

lol but then he could still see the other his dudes cards? that would mean there is an exploit to see other peoples cards.. after the hand though:P?

and why would the others still see his chat as seated

Aren't you from GER? You used to have a blonde as your avatar right? I'm pretty sure I recognize your sn.
Anyway, why didn't you just simply reboot the software after the d/c and an obvious glitch? Only takes a couple of seconds.

Its a bug from table ninja, not stars.

I used have the same problem when using multiple monitors and the table placement hotkeys. I would have saved locations on different monitors and sometimes I would unplug one monitor and move my laptop somewhere else and play on just the laptop. Every once and a while I would accidentally hit the hotkey to move the table to the monitor that wasn't plugged in so it would move the table off the desktop and not be visible. Instead of simply timing out on that table/folding every hand, for whatever reason it would choose what seemed to be a random action for each turn.

I remember one time I finished up a session and after closing every visible table I noticed one table still open but not on the desktop. So I hit the hotkey to snap it back in view and somehow I was up 2-3 buyins. The last hand I 'played' in the replayer I had open limped KQ, called an iso, c/c air flop, c/c air turn, and c/c with K high on the river and was good for an ~$800 pot lol.

You might not be moving tables out of view but I'm 99% sure this was still caused by table ninja.

Yeah I'm changing my avatar to some other bitch pretty much every month, love the current one too much just now though
And well,at the time I got reconnected I still had about 15 tables open, some of them in bubble/ITM phase.
I didnt realize what was going on until I was down to about 9 tables (thats when I start to tile tables,I stack them before that point).
And well,it takes a little longer for me (computer is relativly laggy + have to type in secure ID to log in etc)

Can't read the whole thread, but yesterday another player was chatting as both a player and observer. He told me had the two last tables open before we reached the final table though.

I'm not using placement hotkeys and I also only use 1 monitor.
Would also still not explain how the play just went on by itself :S
It simply didnt realize it was me (didnt seat me at my prefered seat either I just realized)

Perhaps it ended up with 2 windows open for you on the same tournament, and one of your background windows is actually this same tournament, so you did those 'ghost' actions yourself on the other window?
