so whats up with people asking for pennies on stars, is there some way that can haunt me if I do it?

there was a time when everyone sent someone money but they had to post a pic here or something.

I sent the beggar a buck and watched it dwindle away, it was worth it

Don't transfer to anybody you don't know. Pretty soon you will be posting that your account has been blocked because you are associated with an investigation. Pennies or big money - don't do it.
