Sister's new FTP account. Any problems? Sister's new FTP account. Any problems?

I used to play on FT in a really long time and haven't logged into the account ever since.

I'm not a big fan of FT but my sis wants to open an account with FT because of rake back. We live in the same house and use the same PC and I'm never going to use FT again.

Will this be a case of multi accounting and will FT freeze the funds in the new account at the time of withdrawal?

You make endless posts about how bad FTP are, now you say you have not played there for ages. Finally you want to open an account in your sister's name to get rakeback. What a fool.

I find this hard to believe.

I would suggest that if everything is legitimate, then your sister shouldn't have any problems.

She may have to provide ID at some stage?

She must be planning on playing a lot if she's so interested in rakeback that she will go against your advice on the value of playing at FTP?

Email FTP first to inform them of the situation. Wait for their reply, there should be no problem if you really have a sister and she can provide documents to justify her ID etc.

obv you're full of ****, but you shouldn't have a problem doing this as long as you can provide the correct documents when they ask for them.

Be ready to provide ID.

this would be more believable if you actually used your account once in a while too. but for your account to go completely dormant just for your sister stars grinding the lower limits, that will look fishy. they'll probably say ok at the beginning when you email them then when you.. i mean your sister cashes out, they'll block it and rid her of her iron man points. have fun.

My wife and I both have accounts on FTP. When she wanted to cashout she had to provide ID and everything was fine.

But the main thing she wants is RB, if she can't get RB on FT, then she is much better off grinding on PS.

The only reason I posted here with this query is, I'm going to fund her account initially on FT and I don't want the mo to be tied up in red tape at the time of cash out.

Game over.

I think people who are telling you that there's no way you can do this and have her get RB are full of ****. If she has proper documentation, and is able to fund and withdraw with her own funding instrument, she should be able to do this. But as soon as you start funding it, you have a problem. This is exactly what someone trying to start a second account would do. If that isn't what you're doing (or that's the perception you're going for), then don't make it appear like it is.

OP, I don't really believe you. But ...

I hate FTP and never play there. However, when my wife decided she wanted to play, I set her up on FTP precisely because I never play there. She is set up with rakeback and the account is funded from our joint account. She plays from a computer that I do not (and have never) used to play poker. So far there have not been any issues with either deposits or the one time she actually withdrew funds.

Has the world gone so bad that when some one is telling the truth, not a single person believes him, I know I'm telling the truth.

The reason for all this account dilemma is that she recently turned 18 and thus wanted to open a poker account, all these days she's been playing on play money tables.

If I wanted to commit fraud by opening multiple accounts and take ideas from you guys it would be much easier if I said i had a brother.

Just let OP's sister open her account. And no worries on the funds transfer either. They're just being pussies here.

Can't wait to start seeing some positive posts from pulsar220 regarding full tilt, before the lock ban anyways...

Hey, genius. If you find it strange that the majority here doesn't believe you, wait until you fund your sister's account w/rb from your non-rakeback account or your credit card.

See that is what I mean, there is no fraud being committed here. All I want to know is having a second account in the household a case of multi accounting?

What if she has her own neteller account and transfers her money from there, but we will still have the same address, so after providing the required documentation will she be able to play on FT?

They track your play style and if your "sister" plays exactly the same style as you( Limits,Nitty,LAG) then you can say buh bye to your funds.

Of course. Use your head here. Lots of husbands and wives, roomates, etc play from the same household. If you are genuinely two different people, you shouldn't have a problem. If you start doing things that make them suspect you're pretending to be two different people, you're going to have a problem. If you start using the situation to cheat or collude, you're going to have a problem. It's really not that hard.

I'm guessing they haven't responded to your email yet. You did email FT, right?
