If I remember correctly, the lawyer confirmed that the US Gov't seized the funds in transit to us. He had contacted someone at homeland security (I believe) and that person said they have no intention of giving us the money back bc what we did was illegal (which wasn't of course)..

This is not out of the blue for me, my lawyer started working in conjunction with a barrister in London this week. I felt there would be more pressure against the entire psi-pay group of companies if I formed a list of all that were scammed. My money was never seized by the DOJ and was actually reversed out of my bank account by Quicktender/John Daw.

This is what my lawyer is asking for:

a) Name;
b) Address;
c) Amount lost, broken down into initial downpayment (if any) and lost credits;
d) The date of the first demand for payment;
f) Details of any further correspondence and/or refusal to pay.

What happened with the lawyer?

It's very costly to start a lawsuit from the US. They're hiding under a shell corporation registered in the Marshall Islands. Best option is to get the word out about this company, including on all of their pages.

Did anyone ever receive their money back or receive further information that this case is officially dead in the water? Sigh.

My $100k and everyone else's money that was held by Quicktender is dead in the water. I had my lawyer on it and we don't have a case because legally they're not tied to Psi-Pay Ltd, ecopayz, etc- even though it's blatantly obvious.

I don't get it, if they are still operating in UK and you have definite proof they took your money, why not contact Interpol ?
Wouldn't they do anything, especially for that kind of amount.

Of course I have, but they cannot do anything because legally these entities aren't tied anymore. It's very obvious but these guys made sure to cover their paths.

Its irrelavant if they are tied now or not, it is however when the crime occurred and if you stated it was clear as day to you that they are behind it, for Interpol with all the resources they have to investigate, should be pretty clear as well.

100k is a lot of money, I am sure people would want to get involved in getting it back
