Just read the entire thread. I read a few of these types of posts on 2+2 before, and all the previous ones I've read, it turned out the OP was guilty. I must say that OP in this thread has presented their case 100x better than the other posters, which is a plus and takes away some of my skepticism when reading threads like this. GL OP, if what you posted is the whole true story, then I am sure it will work itself out, though it will probably take awhile, so try to not lose too much sleep in the meantime >.<

But seriously, you have some good guys here on your side, prr and monteroy to name a couple.
This site, for all its faults (particularly with alot of nasty trolling) IS actually an extremely powerful platform and pokersites do take these threads seriously if they gain alot of traction.
Im of the opinion that, if you have been wronged here, you WILL be reimbursed. I have seen some wonderful threads rally enough support for the sites to come and correct their own errors.

I really have posted anything, if Party has anything else other than this they have my full permission to post anything in this thread that is in any way contradictory to anything I have posted. Based on posts made in this thread in the last 24 hours I have been a lot calmer today.

Thank you sir. Honestly, at these times one is thankful that a site like this exists and there are many parts of it that are serious and still of huge benefit to the poker community. Honestly, without the poeple on here God knows what the poker landscape would look like. My experience from forums in general throughout the years has been not great but I have decided to keep this account active and look through these forums myself in case anyone else in the future needs help or any type of support, it seems that if we do not police these things ourselves then nobody else will.

An update:

Ok, and update. Hadn´t been conatcted after 48 hours as expected, so called them. WAs told that they will have a supervisor call me tomorrow. I think this is the fifth or sixth time they have moved this forward but I will try and keep my calm, even though its a bit difficult.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but you should keep a log of the time and date of all the calls and the name of the people you spoke to each time.

Seems they gave you a firm deadline for a supervisor to call, so be patient and see if it plays out.

Thanks Monteroy, I will do that from now moving forward and update the thread. Ifthey give me a negative answer tomorrow I will be extremely frustrated at this point.

Just read whole thread and do believe you're innocent (would pretty much lose all faith in humanity if you aren't).

Afterwards I called and they assured me I would not need to wait past the 24th. I hope this is not a tactic from their side to let the interest in this thread die down, but I might just be thinking that cause I am stressed out. I´ll wait and update this thread on the 24th, thanks to anyone reading or posting here.

Good news that they are reviewing your case again. Still feel I believe you and like I said earlier, unless you aren't hiding some info, I'm sure Party will see they were wrong and correct the situation.

u really need to stop with the conspiracy theories, be patient, and just let them do their job. as i mentioned earlier the time frame is quite standard considering the complexity and amount of $ involved. u have to remember they want to get it right on their end as well.

i know its hard to have a large sum of $ held and not have control over it, but ur just going to have to suck it up. i can speak from experience because i had a large sum tied up in the tusk/microgaming liquidation and wasnt paid out for 6 years (dont worry ur case will be much shorter lol) and then again for 1.5 years with the ftp black friday.

Exactly. However, looking at my hands I wasn´t even forced to make too many if any unstandard plays in the 308 hand sesssion. I can agree w the notion that usually hh don´t matter much, however having reviewed the hands I would believe a lot of experienced players would agree this is the exception where I am playing so very straigtforwardly in almost all the spots.

I have done nothing wrong, and I think they know that and dont want to pay out the 9k, and for that reason they have to close the account as well. Not once I have been asked a question or asked to clarify regarding the circumstantial evidence, like I have done in this thread (and in every case, succesfully debunked). I feel this is down right villaneous, inccredibly frustrated and would love any ideas on how to proceed.

I understand your frustration and believe that you should pursue the remainder but at the same time I think you have to see that you are at least better off than when you created this thread.

What happened at this table? Did the player who played you lose at this table, and if so is the other player still playing on party?

OP has over 12,000 reasons to be happier than when he started this thread, however that does not mean he should give up his fight if everything he has said is true.

Party is a public company so once he gets his bankroll back he should consider a few things like posting all of the details in the Party thread here and looking for a hard core reg there to help continue fighting the case (for a cut of the money). He should also consider going to or having an agent go to the annual meeting to being this up if they open the floor for discussion. Management at those meetings tend to promise to help after as a way to shut the person up, but then they do have to follow up.

Before this fight happens the person representing him should literally know every hand that was played as well.
