If I did something wrong I still deserve a reply with proof of wrongdoing. If I did something to warrant this why wouldn't they provide it?

You can't really say your money has been stolen after 3 days. They might be giving some thought to what they should do, or they might just be slow for whatever reason.

Im guessing op not being completely transparent about why he had his account locked as he came into the thread claiming complete ignorance while 3 days prior to account being locked he was spamming and shilling for his upcoming poker site in seals lobby.

I obv don't think op should have his account locked up for spam but he came onto the forum with a brand new account as lots of people have done previously claiming complete innocence. If op had come into the thread saying I spammed seals lobby for my upcoming poker site and I shouldn't have my account locked for that he would seem more credible.

Claiming absolute innocence as he did upon opening this thread and coming in with a brand new account makes me wonder what else he is withholding. I always think the player should be given the benefit of the doubt until evidence is presented by the site. I have been playing on the sit since March and whenever players have had their accounts frozen the site has always presented damning evidence for its actions. I would be panicking if I was op as well with volatility of the bitcoin his 2k usd could very well be 200 usd overnight. Not likely but a possibility.

I would feel more empathy for the op had he been completely honest from the beginning

On a serious note, if it's only been a few days, it's not exactly the end of the world, nor does it justify outrage at them. Security departments are not as fast as basic support teams, and in a situation like this it might have to go through multiple people, so unless you're going on 7 days or more without a reply just sit back and update us accordingly.

And people are not treating you very seriously because you left out the very likely reason for being banned. You can't pick and choose which info to give people in this forum, otherwise it looks like you're hiding something to make your case look more sympathetic (and it has the opposite effect, as you can see here).

I'm not looking for sympathy. I am spreading the word on how shady SWC is for taking money and freezing an acct without so much as an email explaining why.

Or maybe your account is not actually locked, SWC has nothing to do with it and this topic is a "clever" marketing plan to discredit SWC and boost your "new cool poker site"?

You kept posting the names in LobbyChat and I couldn't find a single instance where you would even play a hand with each other unless it was to shove trash into one of your "roomates". You were also essentially break even until your "roomate" snipergary started playing in the same tournaments, at least according to BPB. And the argument your "roomate" made 10 seconds later that she wasn't even a winning player is clearly bull**** from the stats on BPB.

I have been in a few MTT tournaments with friends but that is allowed as far as I know. I've never colluded so that is a non-issue. If anything, we are very competitive and try to outplay each other.

WarmShrimp and Snipergary are friends of mine and yes, we were all in the Big BTC as paying customers. And I got third fair and square. They weren't even ever at my table, anyway.

I still haven't receive anything from Seals. Not one email explaining why my ~$2000 was siezed. No reason or proof of wrongdoing. How you guys don't find this sketchy is beyond me.

Kind of sketchy that you somehow found 2 plus 2 to plead your case of innocence and just happened to create a screen name this month. Countless of other people have done this as well and I can't recall one of these accounts being exhonorated of wrong doing.

I can recall a few members with a longer history then yours on 2 plus 2 being found innocent and having accounts or cash released. You came into this thread feigning complete ignorance as to why your account was closed but you were in the seals lobby trashing seals and telling everyone to come to your poker site a few days before your accounts were locked. You kind of have 2 strikes against you right there and based on that people are not going to have that much sympathy for you.
