CM10 banned for lol-scammaments? story? or did this come from the thing with his friend getting banned from stars then everyone started ripping on him and he lost his mind.

cm10 was only banned for 48 hours lol. when i came back i switched it because, like gtpitch mentioned, it is my name.. lots of confusion previously which wont be a problem anymore.

also, as ive mentioned in basically every thread that grannymae tries to be an idiot and call me out in, like 2 weeks after coming back i sold a laptop for 525 in marketplace where the buyer shipped first.. and then posted confirmation in the feedback thread. doesnt sound like the makings of a scammer to me !!

The 48 ban you're talking about was from 1/14. Cm9 was created on 01-15-2009 while cm10 was banned. The current ban on cm10 looks like something completely different, but could just be because you were multiaccounting in Staking/Marketplace since cm9 isn't cleared for those.

Which of the following facts are in dispute?

1. cmoneymaker10 is currently banned
2. You got a 48 hr ban on 1/14 from MH; that ban was lifted/expired sometime before 1/18
3. cm9 was created on 1/15
4. You posted with both cm9 and cm10 in a thread on Marketplace last month.

Someone asked about the ban on cm10 and you gave a response that was less than accurate. I'm not interested in info that's not for public consumption and I'm not trying to speculate here either.

I'm not interested in presenting a story, trolling you or wasting the time of any of the mods here. You said cm10 only got a 48 hr ban and I noticed that the account is currently banned, so it sounded like you were trying to hide something. It was worth looking into because I somehow missed the whole chipdumping thread the first time around and it was quite a good read.

Yeah, I was kind of expecting a simple cm10 was banned because I'm using cm9 now, but your evasion is making the whole thing sound a lot more nefarious.

cm9 was created to browse with my user preferences while cm10 was banned. if you did any hwk, which you obv havent, youd see that i didnt make s ingle post on this sn until cm10 was unbanned. feel free to check that with MH. some idiot (undoubtedly JC) tried to impersonate me, there was a thread about it in the mod forum, and they realized that it was him not me. when cm10 was unbanned again, i asked bobo and MH if it was alright that i keep this is as my acct, as it matches my sn (which ive said 100000 times).

there are documented cases of people doing thousands of successful transactions on Ebay just to get trust before the scamming began.

I was actually just being an ass (standard) -- this thread was the thread I was referring to. 2+2s policy of 'keep your enemies closer' with respect to scammers is ******ed imo

I saw that MH threatened to permaban you if you posted on a 2nd account while cm10 was temp banned. If I was trolling don't you think that I would have mentioned that? As for suggesting that people ask the mods to confirm the truth of anything that you say, I think that's very good advice.

well, i can check my records if you want complete verification, but im 99% sure that this was my biggest 2p2 transaction ever. if i was going to scam someone, that would have been as good a time as any. especially since itll be years before i try to sell anything else i own thats worth more than a couple hundred bucks.

thats also ******ed. 90% of my 2p2 transactions have been btwn 200 and 500 dollars - if you averaged it over the 1.5 years ive been on 2p2, it probably averages at like 250 because i havent been "building up" in regards to the amounts of my trades in any sense of that phrase. if you see me all of a sudden one day wanting to trade for 5k, then maybe i could see where youre coming from. but thats not whats going on lol.

id also like to ask what your thoughts are on when i instashipped back the money to that dude when i found out it takes a few days to verify epass once u deposit? more trust building? lol. right. get serious. man ppl better start watching out, nimbus has done so many trades, think of the potential scammaments!!
