Yeah thats kind of a scam... especially since you already owe money you cant pay.

Roman says they had an agreement of when he would pay Moda back for a loan online. Unfortunately, they made this deadline "the near future"...and they just can't seem to agree on what the "near future" is.

I dont think that was him, If it was I would of definitely heard about it, I had to listen for an hour when someone didnt send him funds right away lol

I borrowed that money from him before this whole ordeal, and told him it would take awhile for me to pay him back.

LOL. Yeah bub, I'm in law school. Are you? Judging by your post, you certainly have no legal background. Patheitc.

Actually, it would be very easy to prove his intent by his subsequent actions. After he recieved the funds from the players, he used that money to gamble, thereby establishing an intent to commit fraud. This is easily inferred. What is his excuse for gambling with the funds he recieved from other players?

Listen child, you aren't educated and have no legal background. Don't try to belittle me by asking if I'm really in law school, ok?

When it comes to legal issues I know much more than you, and in a much better position to be an authority regarding this than you.

Did YOU ever go to law school? What is your education? My guess, very little. Thus your need to gamble on the internet. Sad.

LOL, my intent that I am a degerate gambler, and thus most states dont even enforce collections on gambling debts, so get your facts straight.

I know that buddy =)

However, STEALING MONEY from someone in order to gamble online is stealing.

Once again, you go to the gas station, steal the money from the register, use that money to deposit online and play, bingo bango presto.

Most states ban gambling, and thus any contract regarding gambling is void and unenforcable.

So yeah, I know that.

If you want to get techincal, you aren't legally obligated to repay the people you stole from either.

Ya im currently taking a year off from ASU law, mainly to decide if i really want to practice.... i probably dont.... its boring and stupid..

So yeah lets see if we can figure out where you go, youre definitely not in a top teir law school otherwise we would have heard about it by now. I doubt you're in like a good second teir school either, because you would have convinced yourself it was top tier by now and still be bragging about how like "yeah i go to temple but its actually a better lawschool than school than Upenn"

My guess is still the rocco clubbo school of typewriter maintainence, or a complete trip through fantasy land and youre really either an undergrad or still in middle school or something totally ridiculous like that.

How can you miss the obvious, he is Lawstudent101, meaning he takes law 101, which should be common knowledge to everyone. So take it easy on him. Soon when he graduates that course, he will join the ranks of others with basic knowledge of the world.

Actually, you're fairly off base there. They are the best correlate with law school grades... even better than college GPA. In other words, they have undeniable predictive power on how well you'll do in law school.
