Fair warning. Security check takes time on PKR. 6-12 DAYS they say. It's the third time i've spoken to live chat, and they change the time aspect every time. First guy says 1-2 days, next guy says 4-5, last says 6-12. I'm not surprised if they say 7-20 next time. This is ridicolous. This can be seen as an update to thread 'shocked with PKR suspending my account', if anyone cares. I'm really disappointed.

Remember, they're verifying two identities.

It hasn't been a week yet I guess.

it's over a week since the suspension. i think it's a week tomorrow since i first shipped the documents, tomorrow or thursday. i'm still really disappointed, this is not taking care of customers, even though live-chat was very polite. last guy claimed they had a huge volume to go over. and yes, they have 'two identities' to verify, but i scanned them together, so it really shouldnt be any extra work.

i usually don't respond to one-liners, but what is lol? it's not the biggest site, but many get so hung up with this avatarcrap that they forget the poker. poker is poker, no matter where.

had to resend a scan of one card, but i think they are closing in on the verification. shame i lost eastern, always fishy games anywhere in the holidays.

The whole site is a complete beat its impossible to multi table their so enjoy playing 1 table with the fish.

so multitabling is what poker is about? lol

Ok, thank you. Ok, I won't ever use a card not my own again. I was quite surprised when I got suspended, but I have to agree, it could look pretty suspicious. I've made two threads on 2+2 on this subject, and I have to give you all credit for pulling through in the end, even though it took quite some time. I fully understand the seriousness of this matter, and I am very pleased with you actually making these kind of investigations, to find out if things/people really are who they say they are. Only thing I am putting a questionmark on is the timing of it, as I have mentioned in the starting thread "shocked with PKR suspending my account", on twoplustwo forums. When requesting a withdrawal, I have still not found this email you say you sent me on monday, which you say state that this is an inquiry about a deposit. But this mail could be deleted by either me or the spamfilter, I don't know. I will trust you when you say it's about the deposit, and I'm happy with be able to get seated at PKR poker again. Thank you, and good job.
