This autum i was register on Full Tilt. I wanna try play superturbo SNG - I hear a lot about this, and I'm interested. I have a multitable experience on regular SNG at other poker rooms, e.g Ongame. Thats why I've started to play at 5-8 tables, after some time i moved to 12 whis is max.

I have tryed to play a lots and it seemed to me very interesting; I have studied ICM quite well and more than that i had a little upstereak. The only thing i was embarassed with is big amount of russian regulars, and a lot of them in plus.
After 3 weeks I've decided to make my first cashout of 500$ ( my profit was 650$ ) and that was the time I have encountered some problems, I have heard from some of my fellas that cashouts are quite quick, thats why I was embarassed seeing my cashout in 'processed' for more than two days. After these two days I have got my money back on my moneybookers account, but my account at FT was closed and I have received the following letter:

Your Full Tilt Poker account has been temporarily suspended pending verification of your identity and a review of your table play.

As far as I understand the first part of the sentence means the usual inspection of passport and utility bill for the so-called account verification, but I cannot understand the meaning of "review of your table play".
Documents such as passport and utility bill were send them but after that I haven't received any letter from them during 4(!!!!) days. After 4 days I received the following letter (I placing bellow the full text):

We are writing to inform you that your Full Tilt Poker account has now been closed.

As a result of a comprehensive security review we have taken the decision to exclude you from the site.

It has been determined that the account has been used in a manner that is in direct violation of the Full Tilt Poker Site Terms and End User License Agreement:

So, as I understand, I was accused of gross violations of their rules and using unallowed programs. I have carefully reread the list of rules and programs and found nothing unallowed in my activity. I had the following programs on my computer: Table Ninja FT, screenc(program to make screenshots of hands), SNGEGT(I have never run this program during the play, I have only looked at the hand's screenshots after game sessions), Pokerstove, Holdem Manager with empty database and that's all. I haven't even had ICQ. Nobody except of me logged in Full Tilt from my computer.

I wrote a letter:

When I register on your site, I have carefully read the Full Tilt Poker Site Terms and End User License Agreement as well as a list of prohibited programs, and read all this now.
I have not violated any of your rules and did not use any forbidden program.
During the game I was using three programs: screenc, Holdem Manager and TableNinjaFT. TableNinjaFT - full analogue Poker Shortcuts, only better. He works very fast, maybe it was like the actions of a bot?
Last time I played on 12 tables as I have already had extensive practice of multitableing at other poker rooms. I decided to try to play superturbo on your site, but nothing but a dishonest attitude toward me did not see.
What exactly will you accuse me? I beg to voice specific violations. I am ready to explain any of my action.

And the question that has to be answered is how I offend Full Tilt?
I thought hard but I don't have a clue. Maybe it is because of a good playing of + maybe my Russian origin raised their doubts(as I said berfore, superturbo sng tournaments plays a lot of Russian regulars)?

Does only Full Tilt give formulaic replies to accurate letters? I have never met it before.
I would like very much to resolve that situation fairly. At first, I want to warn people who played/play/will play in Full Tilt, secondly, It is hurtfully when they blocked my account with no apparent cause!

No idea whether OP does or doesn't deserve the ban, but maintain that FTPs policy of not telling players what they are supposed to have done is BS - though I suppose they kinda implied it here with the banned software link.

Yep. FT support is so bad.

I played a lot of games together with a friend, not colluding. So they ban us from playing on the same table. I asked for elaboration and hand examples, but nothing. Just copy/paste mails all day long.

They rejected rakeback request (probably very common). I've had account there forever but the new signup gets significantly better priveleges? Come on.

They also banned my chat for 3 months for saying "ass". In observer mode.
No issues with cashouts there though, they've been pretty good.

Just another example of poor judgement on FT's part. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be done with them. If only Bodog had more traffic....

Please leave FTP. We don't need people playing "a lot of games together with a friend" or abusing chat. Kudos to FTP on this one.

Two things stand out here which prove FTP handled this very well: (1) They didn't ban you for playing lots of games with a friend. They just stopped it. Whether or not you think you were colluding, their move was standard and positive as far as game integrity goes.(2) They only banned you temporarily for misusing chat. Sounds like you were railing someone(observer mode) and being abusive.

sometime i wonder Since we are in usa. ALl this pokersite can do anythign with money. They can block you and froze your account. No apprent reason. We can never catch them. They do it all the time. I see on this forum often. Someonehas been ripped of by the sites. But what can we do? We love to play i guess we gotta take chance...

It's an ICM calculator, so assuming you're already playing opponents with little or no understanding of ICM, it's a pretty big edge.

At least you got your money back. Also FT often does this if they are not sure if the player is a Bot or not... so to eliminate all risk they ban him. If they had any evidence that he was colluding they'd confiscate his whole bankroll, so it can't be collusion.

For the record, I have left FTP years ago.

I think I even recall in their policy you can play together with a friend. Like in a casino, there's no difference, they're not going to seperate you from playing at the table with a friend probably even if you softplay. Less boring. I don't know what makes you justify it's correct to disallow us when they in no way could prove colluding.

I was railing some PLO cashgames with lots of observers. I was typing something and hit enter, then the message saying something like "You need to have the buyin for this game in order to chat" appeared. Which didn't make sense, cause it was no problem earlier. At other table equivalent to the first, which by the way was flooded with beggars, I randomly typed ass and hit enter, well guess what, it got through. An email about suspended chat arrived the next day.
I explained the and that it was random, their chat didn't work, not directed at anyone, no way anybody could find it offensive and that I couldn't make sense of such a chatban when clearly people are saying worse things and begging for a dollar in their account from other players, which is against their policy.
I received a copy/paste mail in return as usual.

This is just terrible service to loyal players regardless of your random opinion to judge and rise above like a hypocrite. But sure, go play there and have a blast, man.
