I've been having this weird problem recently trying to auto-import hands from Stars. Only about half my hands are importing correctly. It looks like any hand that ends before the river gets kicked out, with an error saying "No turn found", etc. I use to play on Stars a lot about a year ago and it worked fine then.
I believe there was a patch for this problem a few weeks ago assuming you are talking about PT2. Go to the PT site and download the patch, if that doesn't work, ask your questions on the PT site.
