Problems with withdrawing a transfer?

I transfered a friend of mine $500 on FTP earlier this year. He said he would pay me back $600 by the end of the year, which I agreed to. I since went busto on FTP and he wants to transfer the money back to me, which is ok with me, but will Full Tilt have a problem with me withdrawing that money with out playing?
I also have some money on Cake. The same friend wants to start playing there and will transfer money on FTP to me while I do the same on Cake. Same question for both.

Poker sites are not a bank or transfer agent and do not being treated as one..

FTP doesn't pay anybody, so what's the difference?
Seriously. Read my thred regarding tyring to get your OWN money out of FTP, let alone anyone else's.
