I play a lot of SNG´s and found that the staking console from PartyPoker is very good tool until I played with it. I´ve chosen the option "Table stays in focus until action is complete". Even though other tables came up right in the moment when I clicked a button and so I lost a lot of money.

Sometimes the console hung up completely. I could see the whole cards but I could not click any button. When I closed the console I was able to controll the tables again.

I´ve contacted PartyPoker with the problem and they said that I need to re-install the programm and that I will not receive any refund. I have to say that i had the problem on different Computers and that I re-stalled the programm before. Even though I still had the problems. For me the problems come clearly from PartyPoker. The answer from PartyPoker is ridiculous.

Is there anyone who had the same problems?
