Problem essence here in what. Played 2-7 tripl-dro a cache, a limit 0,5-1. In one of distributions the rival won distribution with A high, at me Q high. Then there was a general surprise in a chat. After game I opened history of distributions on the computer, looked at this hand. Surprising that there is specified that at me on showdawn was steam 3 on hands though I perfectly remembered that it not so. It was on March 7. Wrote to service I support look forward to hearing. Who faced the similar.
I am sorry for mine English, I hope an essence it is clear

Interesting why during game I didn't see pair 3 on hands, and in the history of distributions it is written down. Whether is it fault Pokerstars and whether they should compensate such cases?

Your hand appears to have a pair of 3's, which is worse than Ace high in 2-7 lowball.

not sure if serious, but in case you are:
there was no problem with stars software, there was just a problem with you not understanding the rules of the game you were playing. this might be helpful:

I always hold on to both 3's when playing 2-7 lowball just in case my opponent holds on to 44

that's just the point, I played not 1 time, and during distribution there was no pair on hands. and why then the others wrote in a chat

This, on its own, shows you don't know how to play triple draw.

I imagine the chat from the other player was because he bet his A as a bluff, and didn't expect to win the hand when you called.

I don't remember what there was a card for a place 3, possibly it was 2, and I know rules

I am a pity didn't make a screen during game

If who thinks that I tell a lie, think:
1. What for I specially зарегестрировался on this site to expose myself out a fool?
2. What for to other players to a chat to write about it?

I want that the others learned that such things can occur

I want others to know that such things happen sometimes

He is saying that the cards shown did not show the pair of 3's and that his Q low should have won. The HH shows that he lost and he wants to know what he should do to prove he won. Muffledly

OP, please look at the link that I posted and then look at your hand historys again (those are better than screenshots). It is very obvious that you misunderstood the rules.

the reason why other people at your table said what they said is that they noticed that you didn't really know what you were doing, so they were pretty excited to have you at their table.

OP thank you for posting the hands + chat.

It seems that you discarded the 2 rather than the second 3 at the first draw, causing this confusion.

Also, I think the language barrier is causing a problem with the chat.

The chat is not "general surprise in the chat". It is someone impressed by the person hero-calling you with A high, correctly.

You seem to know the rules for 2-7, so it looks like you just misclicked on 1st draw and never noticed.
