Hello everyone. I have been playing Chinese poker for many years and only play high stakes. I have never had any issues with poker rooms. If any questions arose, I passed checks, recorded live sessions, showed my computer, and so on.
Recently, I started playing on PPPoker. After a week of playing in one of the clubs, the platform banned me with the reason "BOT". I played very little, only on tables for mobile devices (played only from my phone, as there's no other way), and I was at a small loss. All my emails to support receive a standard reply: "You are a bot, we have our own verification methods, we won't disclose them," and so on. They simply ignore all my requests to check my phone or review a live session recording and suggest that I just create a new account. But what's the point of creating a new account if my money, my deposit, is frozen in the club?
I am sure that this ban was imposed at request of the player, who might have lost money. I think so because the room security doesn't want to accept any evidence from me and simply suggests to create a new account and continue playing.
Maybe they will pay attention to this situation on the forum. If anyone has had similar cases, please advise how to reach out to them. I would be very grateful.
have you spoken to your agent / whoever you signed up through? what do they say?
The agent said that the issue needs to be resolved with support. But as we see above, support doesn’t care about all my letters. The aff also said that in the same union there was a ban on another player, and the situation is exactly the same.
Since the app security team has banned you, i dont see how it is a scam, since they have nothing to do with the club ecosystem.
What kind of proof you provided to solve this case ?
I have no idea why the room would ban me if they have no connection to the union, but they don't want any proof from me and just suggest creating a new account. This sounds like complete nonsense.
