Why did you change the currency to all Euro's?

So you only want europeans to play there?

You guys were my favorite site at 1 time when you offered 8 seater sit n go's back in the day of poker night live.

But you made all the changes of currency and 10 seater sit n go's, etc etc, you lost alot of business by doing that as there was alot of Canadians and Americans at one time.

Also the microgaming scandal did not help.......

Hi Phil, with certain changes that happened within the US we deemed it necessary to change some things around.

As PokerTime, we made a decision to reserve our Cash Games solely for PokerTime Players, but our STT and MTT tourneys are still on the network. In fact, if you go look at some of the lower tournaments, I am sure that you will find a tournament "in $ stakes - that suits your needs.

So all your games are in euro's? That kinda sucks.
Do You offer rakeback and what's your bonus like? Also how much traffic? How do you plan to bring players to your site after the scandal?

Twice my account went from having money in it to zero. Once on the Royal Vegas transfer of accounts, once later. It was all kinds of shady.

Any comment on that?

Why do PokerTime have their own cashtables at microgaming? You have no traffic at all! Only 100 players at peak(pokerscout)!

Unibet and Ladbrokes have their own cashtables, but they are going to merge whith their cashtables in mars whith MPN.

Are you going to merge(cashtables) whith MPN in mars?

Can you ask Microgaming if i can have my $1000 back that they stole from me?

In my opinion, any site involved with Microgaming are also crooks so i will never ever play on your site while you are associated with them. You really need to change network.

We do offer games in US Dollars as well as Euros on all limits and stakes.

We have a $50 000 Leaderboard running each month, and even though the traffic is a little slower than most rooms, it just means that you'll be in the money a lot sooner with a lot less grinding.

PokerTime, as many operators running MGS software, operate as a completely different Company.

This in fact means that they supply us with software, which is, amongst the best Poker Software in the Gaming industry.

All this said I would not be able to comment on the issues that you have raised in this post, as we are a different Company and we know just as much as you do about the issues.

I know that might not exactly be what you wanted to hear, but I can only tell you the truth

I suggest you merge with another company. Regardless of what you say in the above post, you are affiliated with the micro-gaming network. A network that had a rather disgusting scandal. It will be quite hard to grow from here on out.

The lack of seriousness you display when talking about the Microgaming scandals makes your company look very bad.

Why did you move many of your tables off the network?

I stopped playing limit with PT because of low traffic.

I think your player base will grow much more if you move to another network because it's so many grinders that never want to play at any MG skin because of the scandals including myself, playing at your skin = giving money to the scumbags at MG.

I am trying to withdraw from my pokertime account, which has been funded since before Neteller closed to Americans in 2006. Two weeks after requesting withdrawal via check, I received an email stating checks are no longer possible for Americans. The email asked me to use "ACH" withdrawal method in the banking software.

I log on, look for ACH, find nothing. I reply to email, ask what ACH is, more detail, and why the hell you can't just cut a check for over $500. 10 days pass, I get a nearly identical email to the first that makes clear nobody read my first email. This second email asks me to change withdrawal to "ACH", again does not say what ACH is.

Slow and shady withdrawal processes are not the path to recruiting players. Please explain what "ACH" is, and how I can withdraw money without giving you so much bank information that you would take money from my checking account. You have my legal name and address, which have not been edited for 4 years- why isn't that enough?

hey again

please bring back some 8 man tables , 1 table and 2 table sit n go's with top 4 getting paid in the 2 table one's, before you did the changes I made so much money off of those.

Ok screw the americans and put some games in canadian dollars, all your mtt's are in euro's and all 1 table sit n go's as well.


You are going to get alot of hate as you have already seen due to microgaming issues so it is going to be a uphill climb for pokertime.
