The Daily Big tickets all say that they are being removed from the store at the end of July. This is pretty much all I find worthwhile spending FPPs on. Is there going to be an alternative such as direct FPP buyins, or can you no longer get into the Bigs unless you satellite in or pay the buyin?

Or maybe you will just introduce generic tickets, such as an $11 ticket for any $11 buyin. That would be great!

This is a common suggestion however not something we're planning on offering at this time.

The sale will start August 9. Some of the previously removed stock will return with significant discounts. It would be safe to treat this as a clearance or final offer on most of the discounted stock.

how come the stars VIP store is not up to great standards like it used to be before black friday?

Put like a different car every month in the store. And get some 65 inch samsung tvs and 9 series laptops and **** that is new.

you could say this about many, many aspects of PS. I used to admire them as a company, now I'm just merely a satisfied customer (due to lack of better alternatives)

What happened to pokerstars store for clothes?... the only options I see for clothes now is the two supernovacustom shirts < and then in the women's section they have a few options. Anyone know? I'm playing out of Canada, If that makes a difference.

Still would be nice to see PS get some deal worked out with Cardrunners, Deuces Cracked or what have you and be able to get monthly/yearly subscriptions right from the VIP store.

The point is that starswants you to keep the money online. If you buy something than they lose the value of that product in the poker economy.

FTP had TFPT for Cardrunners and I didnt see (m)any of the fish improve with that.

PS also has a wide variety of material with that PSO site they have and again, I see the same fish, day in and day out and they are not doing a damn thing to make strides in their game.

I believe most fish are lazy (or they just do not care.) I also believe they will not be bothered with having to take time OFF the tables and improve their 'skillset'(lack there of) with a couple videos.

They want to get in there and play.

I understand what you mean but the amount of fpps it would take to "purchase" a monthly subscription would be more geared the regs and most of them probably already have a subscription to one or more of these sites and usually have a grasp on their abilities. They are going to remain solid or improve regardless, as long as they continue to put in the effort like a good player should.

The fish will collect their points and buy a PS Teddy bear of something ( not that there is anything wrong with that :P )

Same can be said about PS offering any poker books on the site. They used to have quite a few of them, the fish could have gotten better then but of course, most did not and here we are. I would think they would say something along the lines of " You PLAY poker, you do not read about it. A book? Paaaaaah! "

There is plenty of information here on 2p2 even to "educate the fish" and yet the games do not reflect that most of your "fishy players" are learning. They are oblivious to the fact that there is more out there than just the stones at the bottom of the bowl and the fake castle they swim by each and every day.

I just don't understand why you wouldn't buy the bonuses and use that money to buy the subscription. The fpp value will ALWAYS be better on the bonuses.

It's true that fish isn't that interested in strat and just wanna play instead, but giving fish knowledge on have to get better is bad imo... Most fish is not even gonna bother with using point on subscriptions, but even if just 20 bad or semi bad players gets to know CR or DC thru PS, that will be -ev.

If the subscription was gonna be cheaper than normal, then yeah it would profitable... but that would never happen (and then it's just a question about being too lazy to cashout).

To find 2+2 you have search on it yourself (or have a friend to tell you about it). It's not like they're getting advertising on PS.

Also, that PSO site is like basics of the basics.

Anyway, like you said, I just use the bonuses for cash and like the other poster said, PS prefers that I am sure so you just contribute to the rake. For me though, I am going to keep my money online anyway, so I am contributing regardless.
