So this is something that matters to me to be honest and so i am trying to get the message out there.

I think they should have HOT MTT tickets for sale in the VIP store. I recently emailed them and they said they had no intention for it.
So long story short - I dont think im the only one who wants this, so lets get our voices heard.

any particular reason? Barring cant be bothered of course. Because their email didnt exactly give an reason as to why they wouldnt want to offer them, and i cant see why as a player you wouldnt want to have them there.

They are exact same value as the BIG tournaments they offer tickets for, it makes no sense to offer the BIGs and not the HOTs.

I have no idea why they offer Step 4 $215 mtt tickets that can be used for any MTT at the same price as other $215 tickets that must be used for a specific MTT - why would anyone buy the latter, ever?

They should just offer $3.30/5.50/11/22/27.50/33/55/75/82/109/162/215/320/530/etc tickets all the way up that can be used for any MTT of that value

It's not hard to implement, just work out how many points you want to charge for each ticket, simple, everyone's happy and can use VPPs to buy into any MTT.

I've had a $33 TCOOP ticket I can't use or exchange in my account for a year now, simply because I didn't get to play the event I bought it for last TCOOP, and now I have to wait for the next series. This could be fixed by just offering a standard $33 ticket, and a standard every other buyin level ticket.

Just make it policy, who needs a trial? Does anyone specifically want to have a Big $162 ticket over an any $162 mtt ticket? or a Sunday Warmup ticket over an any $215 mtt ticket?

Stars already offers the Step tickets that can be used for any MTT with that buy-in level, so why not just add a ticket to 'any mtt' at every buy-in level that has a bunch of MTTs on the regular schedule?

The Big tickets used to work on Hot tournaments. I often used Big 11/55s for Hot 11/55s up until about a year ago when they stopped working. For some reason the Big 16.50 never worked for the Hot 16.50.

The only reason i could see for doing that is if they are struggling to get enough people to meet the GTD prize pools which doesnt seem to be an issue with the population on stars.

I think if they did standardized pricing for everything the value would be less- someone said earlier to convert points - $ costs more than to buy tickets. If every single buy in had it the tickets would probably be more expensive. However to me as i've said making the HOT counterparts to the bigs into a ticket or just validating the big tickets as hot tickets as well makes sense.
