**PokerStars Software Improvement Thread***

Scott said to make a new thread for this.

The main advantage at playing at Tilt is players get to sit right in middle of the table. When you are multi tabling this makes a huge difference because you know exactly where you are and everything is balanced on the screen.

Also, it would nice to have a full cards option like Tilt. Sometimes it is hard to see you cards when you have multiple tables running.

I second Jimmy. I hate the mystery of going to the river when your only opponent is all in, not knowing what he/she has.

For the No Images Themes, remove player boxes on the empty seats in cash games. Make it like your tournament games. When no one is sitting there, have the player box disappear. So much easier to track the number of players at the table when multitabling.

If not that, at least make the empty seat boxes look different from the other player boxes, by darkening them or making them a different color.

It would also be good to do this for the avatar-enable tables, though it's not as big a deal on those themes.

How it is now:

How it should be:

Unjoin all Waitlists button.

Something in the lobby to let you know which tables you are already on the waiting list for. Color coded maybe.

So the 'sit in this seat' option on Stars doesn't do it for you?
You can sit in the same seat on every table on Stars for that kind of consistency.
Although I guess on 6-max tables you aren't able to sit in the bottom-center of the table like I think you can on FT. Doesn't bother me at all but I guess if that's the position you prefer it's an okay suggestion.

I think the wait-list stuff could be improved.
It shows a button to 'join waitlist' even if you are already sitting at the table which seems pretty stupid.
When I look at the lobby and see some high pot-avg's on some tables I have to go to each table in the lobby to see if I'm already sitting there or not. If you're playing 12+ tables it's not like I'm going to recognize the name "Niobe" as one of the tables I'm on.

Highlighting in different colors the tables you are already seated at and the tables you are already on the wait-list for would be really helpful.
Green line for tables at which you are already seated.
Yellow line for tables where you're on the wait-list.

All of these would be huge improvements.

Re: **OFFICIAL Stars Software Improvement Thread***

If Stars wants to preserve the sanctity of not having to turn up your cards when all-in in a cash-game then they could make seperate tables.
'Cards-up when no more betting' tables and having the other tables remain as it is would at least give some of the players the option. Those who feel so strongly about keeping their cards down when all-in could simply stick with the old-style tables.

OR, give a button that allows players to turn them up right-away or at any time in the all-in. The option under the drop-down menu in the lobby isn't nearly the same thing.

I too would like to see what the deal is when all the chips are all-in.
If my KK is up against an AA then I might as well try to get in that re-buy right-away before I get sat-out.

Re: **OFFICIAL Stars Software Improvement Thread***

Add an option to move to a different seat at the table if a spot is open. Sometimes I'm at a great table with a bunch of loose donks, but I'm OOP against them and want to sit on their left without having to leave, rejoin, and sit in the new seat. Obviously I'd have to post an extra blind or sit out an orbit, but I'd like to have that option.

Have an auto-add chips option that refills my stack every time I go below 100 BB. Having Stars Planner makes reloading less tedious, but I'd still like to not have to manually reload at all.

Re: **OFFICIAL Stars Software Improvement Thread***

I think one of the bigger errors in the PS software is in the limit games.

Example: 5/10 limit. Blinds 2/5. Player A has $9.50 and open raises all-in UTG. The next players options are fold, call or raise to $10.

A 50 cent 3-bet just isn't the right option here. If the all-in raise is > or = to 50% of the correct bet, it should be considered a full bet and the subsequent players should be given the option of a full raise (in this case to $14.50) not the option of completing the bet.

If the all-in bet is for less than 50% of the correct bet, THATS when the next players raise option is to complete the bet.

Re: **OFFICIAL Stars Software Improvement Thread***

Improvements to be made:

sit out next big blind button disappears, it should always be available
(although this is prob a marketing scheme to get us to play more orbits when we want to leave)

Ratholers only have to wait 30 minutes before re-joining a table with the minimum buyin.
This is clearly against the code and spirit of the game. You obviously could not do this in a live game repeatedly day in and out without threat of serious bodily injury. Why does stars support unethical behavior?

Timing out last to act should be a check, not a fold
seriously

Re: **OFFICIAL Stars Software Improvement Thread***

Also a close all tables or sit out enxt hand on all tables would be great. When im 12 tabling and need a piss or something I have to try and sit out of all tables before i go then sit in again after.

I could also put a bottle next to me but the sit out all tables option would be better imo.
