Online gambling in general is shady at the best of times. You should assume at all times that you are eventually going to lose all your money to a pokersite that decides to take it. Legally, illegally or otherwise.

Even if you did get into a legal battle with them, whatever money it costs them won't even make a dent, but I'm sure your legal fees would add up to something a bit more substantial and life changing.

Move along with your life and stop trying to fight a billion dollar company.

your philosophy this entire time has basically been "i do what i want", and then you're coming here for some moral support when doing that doesn't work out how you like. i honestly think this has worked out about as good as it possibly could've for you. to be sure, i think you're wrong about basically everything you're saying, but even if you weren't, the idea that you thought this was a fight you could win or even a reasonably good way to handle things is pretty baffling.

As well, credit card companies will run chargebacks over nothing, especially against a company like pokerstars, and he's acting like the credit card company doing it means he's legally in the right when really it was just fraud on his part.

they want to refund your money via MCard

MCard refuses the money because PStars is a gambling site.
