Basically im noticing a few of my hands have started to disappear when playing zoom and therefor not get tracked in my PT4 which is skewing my results obviously! its not even on fast-fold.. its even after the river sometimes etc

What I mean by that is in the actual stars client.. its not in my hand history (ctrl + i and its not there) and its not there if i use the replay last hand button from the mercury theme direct from the table.

not even if i request my hand history via email.. BUT if i notice fast enough and get the id from chat and request it directly.. stars emails it to me?

I thought it was a one off on my MAC.. but noticed it again yesterday and tonight on my windows box? kinda destroys my faith in my tracking / stars history reliability etc..


Just hoping its not just me and its being looked into. (I've emailed support too)

Noticed same issue.

PS client lost some of my losing hands so HEM thought I was up more than I was today (by 20 bucks)

If you close ZOOM table before the hand you fast-folded is actually finished, you'll not get the hand history for it. Solution is to sit out/wait after last hand played, to be sure all the prior hands have time to finish.

as mentioned .. these are winning (and losing) hands not fast folded ones.. i have another case a few seconds ago. this time i managed to screen capture the table chat..

so the hand is there.. but:
- no ability to BOOM it
- when you then go to the replayer via table button its not there
- nothing in the ctrl+i interface
- nothing in my txt file thats saved -> nothing in PT4

-if you ask for your last (time span) history.. its not in there either.. BUT if you request the hand specifically.. it gets emailed!!!

an example i managed to grab a few moments ago of a vanishing hand - note no zoom button


how the hell do i get my last 2 weeks / 2 months / 6 months accurate history now then?!

This happened to me about 3 months ago, disconnected in big pot, HH was not there, emailed them describing what happened (hole cards, action etc) and they sent me the hand.

You can email asking for hand histories from any time period you wish and support will send them to you.

^ correct. They send you your last 30 days at a time though apparently, they can't give you like 4 days worth (according to the email I sent them last night).

I know its a disadvantage not to use them but I use online as a training ground for live, where of course there are no HUDs.

There's a lot of other information you can rely on live that you can't online. Not sure why you hamstring yourself on purpose for a reason that doesn't make a great deal of sense.
