If I get sheet service time after time and the restaurant next door doesn't serve my favorites then I need to adjust and learn to eat something else. Or suck it up with the bad service and eat my favorite food.

I get it that it's hard to play other sites esp if you need a hud and even harder if you do that in plo zoom games. But the ONLY way to make stars realize the current client / servers / whatever is sheet is let them know I refuse to play there untill you fix it. Mtts might overlay, cashpools might dry out and it might make them realize people are actually leaving to play other sites. Imo the worst thing you can do is post here and still play there. Stars support isn't even active here.

You are right But there are a few variables implied. Some of us are from a Country where we Don’t have real alternatives,in Romania there are Pokerstars,888 and unibet ,the others don t have licenses in our country. You can’t really play on last two. That’s why the impact is greater. I would LOVE to have real alternatives but we have to play the cards we are dealt!

I was trying to get back onto Pokerstars but my RSA chip battery died. I emailed Stars from 2 different accounts over the past 3 weeks and never got a reply. What gives?

They run off with the money, left some $ in the bank for automatic cashouts, so it takes some time for us to understand whats up , and Stars goes only by inertia, there is no one left to asnwer

Since amaya did buy pokerstars everything that happend year by year was to steal and piss on their costumers

I'm so happy I found this thread. I talked with the Stars support like 4-5 times in the past month and sent mails to them three times. No response to the emails and the only response from the live chat was to wait for a response to the mails... I even asked a couple of times if this was a known issue that other people are experiencing and their answer was no. I guess I will have to stop playing there for the time being.

I have sent them a picture with the proof that I was right and with the help of Pokerstars Dylan from 2+2.

I have been disconnecting from Pokerstars every 10 minutes and exactly every 10 minutes. 8:00, 8:10, 8:20, etc. It lasts for 30-40 seconds and then I reconnect. Pokerstars is saying it's my ISP "losing packets" but after calling AT&T they tell me the issue is not happening on their end. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the software, gotten a new router, 10 emails with Pokerstars back and forth sending log files. They tell me it's not their problem. It started last wednesday after they did a server upgrade. What happens exactly every 10 minutes that could be causing this? Does the server reset or recycle or something? Beyond annoyed.

This is the exact canned response they seem to send whenever issues like this happen, just to try to blame-shift. I've had 3-4 serious client freezes/disconnections in my years on Stars, all of which the fault was on Stars' side. It's a joke the way their quality of service and site has fallen off a cliff.
