Hi guys,

I have a question. I received a Verification Request from Pokerstars on Thursday - I am playing on Stars for 3-4 years now and already done the whole verification thing - I sent them all the documents right away and since than no response.
I find this a little disturbing because I want to play my weekend session and also today is the last day to make the next VIP level. I sent another email asking how lond it takes and again - no response!!!
Just wanted to know from you - how long it takes and why???
Have any experience? Is this standard - not answering anything at all?

Still - no answer from the responsible department. Support responded very kind and quick to my emails, but they cant do more, than asking the other department to please do theit job.
And still nobody cares and I cant play and I dont know why???

The Pokerstars "nice treatment" continues! Waiting whole week for them to re-open my account - and still waiting. No response at all! Just from support - "you will be contacted soon"! What is "soon" in Pokerstars terms, a month?
Wanted to be forwarded to the manager or supervisor or something - same answer from support "you will be contacted soon".
It's just ridiculous!!!
Did somebody experienced same problems and know how much time it takes???

Try contacting one of the PS reps on 2P2, in case they can speed up the process a bit. Be nice, and point out that you want to be back before WCOOP starts. Good luck.
