It's much easier to follow the action and concentrate on 4 tables instead of 16 ?

The main change is there is lower variance in the decisions per a second as there are only 4 hands you can be in at a time. Also if you tile both setups there are a lot less places for your eyes to look which makes things easier. If you stack the reg tables that make it, harder to remember the action, and you may time out hands you can’t even see.

Also it's eaiser to start and end a session, and take a short break.

So zoom will come out Thursday morning then?

Sunday is normally considered the end of the week in the western world.

The next pokerstars staff tourney we should all be railbirds at Alberto's table.

I don't understand the people that want to play more then 4 Zoom tables.
I played 100 hands in 5 minutes on 2 tables. That is 1200 hands/hour. If someone is talking 16 tabling Zoom do they want to play 10000 hands/hour.

Would 2 be enough do you think?

With rush its was something like 4 rush table = 24 normal tables , so id think that 2 zoom tables equal at least 12 or more standard 6max games.

A: As many of you are aware, we’ve been testing Zoom on our test site (www.testpokerstars.com) and on pokerstars.net for a while now. We expect to launch a real-money beta to the public sometime this week.

At the initial launch, we plan to offer nano-stakes no-limit hold’em and pot-limit Omaha (PLO) cash games only; we will certainly raise the stakes and consider other flavors (e.g. limit hold’em cash games, tournaments) as time goes on. Any of you that have done software development know it’s a healthy thing to roll out new features carefully, gently, and with due respect for Murphy’s Law.

And even though you didn’t ask, yes, it’s killing me that I can’t participate in the Zoom PLO games.
