That does make sense.

Considering my transactions went like this:

4/15 - $500
4/16 - $500
4/23 - $500
4/27 - $2500

it does seem plausible that they would be compensating one transaction at a time.

With that said I just recieved another $100 from Stars. So it appears this is exactly how they are doing it.

First of all, I'm not sure how this is going to prevent the DOJ from blocking our money. I highly doubt that stars email system is the primary mechanism in getting our money released, I would think that would be more on their processor's end. Secondly, I'm no lawyer, but I don't think the DOJ has the jurisdiction to monitor emails in whatever country Stars operates out of. Finally, if they are doing anything with their email system to help facilitate us receiving our funds, a constant barrage of emails would almost certainly have a negative impact on their ability to confirm payments, confirm appropriate bonus amounts, make dinner plans, search for porn, or whatever they are doing via the internet over there at stars headquarters. I give you an A for effort though.

If everyone's TRANSACTIONS don't go through tomorrow they're shipping money back to accounts when supposedly they're has been money floating in cyberspace for the last week. It would seem the money isn't even floating in cyberspace and that they already know the transactions aren't going to work since they're giving it til tomorrow for EVERY eCheck cashout.

No. What Stars said is that if the first wave of cashouts won't show up by end of day tomorrow - meaning that practically no cashouts went through, then they will be shipping money back to the accounts.

Just got my 20% bonus in my account and received a paper check from them this past weekend. Requested 05/05, received 05/10.

I'll be requesting paper checks for a while until this settles back down and people report echecks are back on track.
