Hello there ! I have a problem with the new pokerstars graphic design.It's havier than the old one and when i play 4 tables i have some problems with it.There is a bit of slowing down when dealing the cards and shuttering :/ My PC is with 4gb of ram , 3.5ghz duo core processor and 2gb of video card.It uses 24% of the cpu , 55% from the ram and 16-20% on 3d from the graphic card.Should i upgrade my ram only and make it 8/16 or it would not be enough for playing smooth af ?

you can't anymore atleast on pokerstars.bg client . They made it a mandatory :/

first thing I do when installing a client is remove all optional features such as animations.
because its not adding anything in terms of play or experience.

I'm with a much better PC, and yet it's incredibly laggy, shuttering etc. On top of everything, it has the bug that it auto deletes my notes...

Just another part of Pokerstars war against regs, make such a horrible and heavy software, that it is literally impossible to do any real multitabling. Apart from sending emails how utterly terrible this Aurora is, there is nothing we can do.

lol,true . So even if i upgrade my pc a lot it will be the same sh*t , huh? ... i tought that if i add 6 core processor with 8/16 gb of ram it will be fine :/

Can this be the reason why it's no longer possible to copy/past player names in Sharkscope (and copy/paste the SC numbers in the player notes on Stars)?

Hello, as you know slowly Pokerstars are making their new Aurora Graphics Engine mandatory and only option for all markets. Thus far the infected countries that i know of are Bulgaria and Poland, I think we should take measures before it spreads worldwide.

I play on pokerstars.bg, issues I've been having thus far, all of them are being had by other players as well:

- Apart from being much uglier which is subjective, everything is extremely slow and sluggish, which gets worse with the number of players online. I have a PC on which i can play some of the modern games, but on more than 5-6 tables it overloads it to the max, despite trying all the solutions suggested to me by their support. I've also had the first few crashes of a Pokerstars client when trying to 7-8 table, which i have never had for a decade on the site.
- The lobby lags terribly in peak hours with more players online, despite my excellent internet connection, when you click on a lobby it loads the information on the right side, registered players in sngs etc, it takes 15-20 seconds for that to load, if it loads at all. When i try to register to sng/mtt, it would take an eternity for that to happen, the table to open.
- The notes are not being saved, or getting deleted out of thin air, i don't know what exactly happen, but out of the blue the notes that i have on a player just disappear without me doing anything, I've talked with a few other players that also have this problem.

I'm obviously running everything at low, animations disabled etc, can't even imagine what will be going on if i had those on. To me intentionally releasing such an awful and dreadful software, when they had a flawless one we've been using for a decade without a thing, is shooting at professional players, and ones that play many tables, trying to make multitabling impossible, requiring a NASA computer, and so disgusting and tilting, some sort of 2020 PKR client, to make us all sick of it, or give up. I don't know a single person who likes it, but what can we do? Avalanche of emails, telling them exactly how we feel about this peace of garbage, any other ideas?

Don't play there. I'm moving as soon the sheetshow called aurora is mandatory at eu. Rather play winamax with higher rake and excellent client than that.

I know you said you have things disabled, but I looked at the 'Aurora Graphics Quality' setting.
That worked a treat when lowering it to Medium or Low
