Pokerstars account hacked/accessed

hey all,
My PS account has been frozen as it was accessed from laval quebec - i am in toronto canada.
still working to gain access with PS security - they have been great.
My question is on the reliability of the IP information. PS says it was accessed from IP address 24.37.4.0 which after a simple search returns to 3262 Place Alton Goldbloom, Laval, QC. Which is a residence.
I just find it weird that someone would try/did hack my account and leave such a obvious footprint to be caught?
Any ideas how to get the phone number for that address? I tried a couple of ways with no success.

If you Google the address you can find it with two mouse clicks. I'm not sure how accurate the location of an IP address is though. I don't think it's that simple.
