I completed two ongame skins hollywood poker and betfair few days ago. Both rooms tracked. I can see it in my account. I received the following letter from pokersavvy. According to the latest report, sent to Betfair Poker, you do not meet the requirements necessary to get the Savvy-points. How is this possible? Pokersavvy dont want to pay me my money? P.s. Sorry for my english. Its not my native language. And my account on pokersavvy: firebathero.

An open question to the posters who complain about delays in processing:

Have you used other affiliates, and has their service been superior? If so, why are you still on Savvy in the first place?

I read through this thread because I have been searching for the best bonuses. I use PSO, which has always been good to me, but there may be more money elsewhere.

PSO also takes a week or so to verify, and then a couple of days to get me my gift certificates/deposits to Pokerstars. So unless I hear otherwise from veteran posters, I will assume that waiting a week is within normal limits.

I'm not defending Savvy, I am honestly looking for a new affiliate and want to make sure I go somewhere I trust. But the people who complain here don't offer any alternative, which makes me think if we want the free money (yes we do!), then we have do deal with some delays.

And if you decide to go on tilt, please let me know where I can find you!

I haven't cleared a Savvy bonus for probably at least a year, so perhaps things have change there. But I found it was always a very mixed experience - some sites took days, and a few took weeks.

Hello,

Your Betfair points were credited on the 22nd, the day after you made this post. You subsequently used those points to place a moneybookers order, which was processed and delivered the same day.

The Hollywood reporting could be delayed in their update. Regardless, we would prefer if you:
a) Exercised some patience prior to publicly stating (falsely) that we are withholding your money.
b) Contacted our support department directly, and not via a 2+2 forum. 2+2 is not the place to receive support from PokerSavvy, support@pokersavvy.com, or http://www.pokersavvy.com/support is.

Thank you,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp

Didn't want to bother with yet another thread so I thought I'd post it here.

I've been waiting for my hollywood poker bonus now for a long time (3+ weeks now I think). At first you said I hadn't cleared the bonus which I quite obviously had as I'd gotten the 550+ points needed, but I thought it was just a delay in the reports. I sent in more completion forms but still the same reply.

I talked to hollywood poker support and they confirmed that indeed has completed the neccesary amount to recieve the bonus and they said they'd send an updated report, now 1.5 weeks later I've still not recieved any points and keep getting the answer that I have not completed the requirements, Hollywood poker even called me by phone to tell me they had sent the report and it should be fixed.

Don't really know what more to do ..

thanks for any help you can give me, sirtogo

Got my issue resolved via the support by mail, finally, good job on Pokersavvys part as it's not their fault that the poker rooms are being bad with their reports and the like.

Hi Firebathero,

My name is Chris and I also represent PokerSavvy. I will be happy to try and assist you.

Please be advised that Hollywood Poker Support does not release SavvyPoints, PokerSavvy does, and I will work to help you solve this issue, but their time estimate is not correct.

There appears to be some confusion between Hollywood Poker's support department and their affiliate team / our reporting system, as our reports show different numbers than those being reported to you by the support team.

I am working to resolve this issue, and will be happy to contact you via e-mail directly to continue your assistance further.

Thank you,
Chris

Hi,there's a problem with my request.
The room is betfair poker.
Requirement was to make 240 Poker Points which I made (screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/189/betfairi******).
First,I clicked the "completed" button and the day after I got notice that I haven't fulfilled the requirements yet.
I then contacted betfair since I was told to contact the pokerroom directly.
They said I should contact savvy again, however, they added a screenshot of my points balance (you can tell that it wasnt me who took the screenshot since it was obviously a screenshot taken from some "admin panel" or whatever its called).
I sent this screenshot to pokersavvy, they told me to forward the whole email of betfair to them.
Unfortunately the email was in german,I still forwarded it,however,I haven't heard back of them since then.

Today the new Betfair report reached Savvy, but my points balance still says 173 Poker Points on the savvy page - since 1 week!

I hope someone could help me and tell me what to do.

Thanks,
Kevin

EDIT:
Seems like screenshots dont work here (?)

Is nobody checking this?Or am I just getting ignored?

No answer to my 2 emails I sent on wednesday last week,no answer here...

I wouldn't be worried or anything if I was sure that there is just a little delay or something but I completed the bonus 1 1/2 weeks ago,and this is the 2nd room in a row that I'm having a run of 2+ weeks to get my savvy points, which makes me pissed, especially if I see no support/help at all...

Can anyone tell me which of the two is correct for the deal at Poker Kings:

1) The offer advertized on PokerSavvy's website:

Quote:
Special Bonus: Get 30% Rakeback!

In addition to your SavvyPoints, you will also receive 30% lifetime RAKEBACK at PokerKings.

Your rakeback account will become ACTIVE as soon as you begin your PokerSavvy bonus, allowing you to earn RAKEBACK and clear your PokerSavvy bonus at the same time!
Or:

2) The info in the email I got from savvy after I signed up for the deal:

Quote:
Note that you will start earning rakeback on raked hands played or tournament fees paid AFTER you have completed the SavvyPoints bonus requirements. You must earn your SavvyPoints before your account will convert to rakeback! For more details about what Rakeback is and to see all of our Rakeback offers, please visit PokerSavvy Rakeback!

Both clearly state different things ...

Hello,

KevB1993's issue resolved on it's own. In that the reporting eventually updated to the point where we could update his PokerSavvy information.

This is a solid example of how patience can assist greatly in the resolution of issues. Taking the matters to a public 2+2 forum will not get you your savvypoints faster, an updated report will.

Which is also true of lumiaris's issue: Your status has been updated because Betfair's reporting caught up. And in regards to emailing: You emailed on the 9th, we responded on the 9th. You emailed on the 12th, we responded on the 13th. You emailed on the 13th, we have responded today. We'd be happy to share the records.

Thank you,
PS Support

At the beginning everything was fine, signed up at Betfair, my account was tracked to PokerSavvy and stats were updating every few days. Problems started when stats stuck few points before I meet requirements. I had to play more to complete bonus offer. After that Pokersavvy required ID for verification. I have sent them my ID. Now they demand me to take photo holding ID next to my face. WTF? Anyone else had such problems with Pokersavvy?

Hello not_so_cool,

This is Tore here, the support manager from PokerSavvy who also works closely with our security department.

I could not find a PokerSavvy user name under "not_so_cool", so it is difficult for me to address your situation directly, but I will say this:

The reason why the security department is asking for these verification documents, is because we want to pay you. Any one of these things:

1) Your account has a similar password to that of another users,
2) Your moneybookers address is different than the email associated with your account,
3) You came in through an affiliate who has unfortunately referred some fraudulent traffic to us in the past,

Can cause us to review your account before proceeding with the processing of the order.

Hundreds of users have gone through this process, had their documents permanently deleted from our records, their account listed as cleared, and are now earning savvypoints and cashing out with no issues whatsoever.

We completely understand your frustration and cause for concern and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.

Please rest assured that once the verification process is finished, we will ship you your money immediately.

Thanks for your patience!

Tore
