Trying to download pokerhost on a mac but it keeps saying

"unable to update installation directory"

"you do not have sufficient privileges to update the software, please login with an administrator account."

This message appears after it's downloaded and when the site comes up that says "connecting to server

I am logged on as the administrator. I don't understand.
Help?

not open till 6am for phone calls and live chat just directed me to sending them a message and leaving my email. Can anyone help me out?

Double click on the installer file you downloaded
Drag the pokerhost icon over to applications in the window that popups up
Open applications and run pokerhost from there
