Ive sent 10 emails over the past 3 days and have yet to be responded to. All I want is a playing audit and some HHs. What is going on? Anyone else getting ignored?

Well, what are you supposed to do? Send an email and wait for 2 weeks hoping they actually saw it and are going to respond to you?

If u want a audit and some HHs, I suppose ur reporting collusion, no? If so, that will take more than 3 days to be verified in any poker site, and actually, u should be glad it does so.

It took about 6 days to get my audit sent to me for the 2009 calendar year. It's not exactly just a reply email with a generic response. Try having some patience

new type of bet - an ignore longer. can't put the person on ignore, first one to reply to a thread started by or directly to a post by person, or to use the person's name in a post loses.

Yeah, you can request up to a one year audit from the client and get it within 5 minutes.

Then you should check your spam filter, as I doubt Josem's lying about sending it and it not getting bounced. If some of them are getting caught, future ones might as well, and you'd probably want to avoid that.

so for someone who's so obsessed with receiving an email you managed to go half an hour without checking your email? don't you have an IM alert you when you receive an email? wouldn't it make sense since you're so email obsessed? too much tilt is not good for your health. you sound like the type of guy who will break his mouse when his overpair loses to a open ended str8/flush draw all in on the flop.

support on stars is getting rediculous. First line of support is basically useless. It has gradually decreased over the past two years. Its almost like first line of support are there to stall and hope you just quit emailing. I guess its better to play stupid after a while players will just get fed up and stop emailing.
