I just send them an Email asking them to please make some real upgrades to their garbage software.

I'm posting some points here for other 2+2 complainers. If any of these things bother you please send them a similar Email to get their act together. Feel free to steal my whines if you're lazy:

1. The table is deformed on my 1680x1050 resolution. Your old software was fine, and you know what I'm talking about. It's kind of ridiculous that I should downgrade in order for things to work properly.

2. Your software lags behind a lot, and I have a great connection. I can't even try to play the 10-second fast tables, I time out half the time. At the very least please add a time bank.

3. Bring back the option for the old table layouts; they were much easier to read.

4. Please let the ENTER button work in the player notes. CTRL+ENTER
works but deletes everything below it.

5. Don't position the notes SAVE button directly over the ALL-IN button !!! Did you guys do this on purpose?!?

6. I can't play heads-up with a $4/hand rake. Absolutely ridiculous; most sites take 50 CENTS maximum at any level.

7. Fix the waiting list. I wait forever for a table, finally get called and click 'Sit', and then you tell me the seat is taken, and I'm back to the end of the line.

8. I sort the lobby by limit ie. 5/10, 3/6, 2/4, and the table names get jumbled around all the time within any one limit. Why can't they appear in the same order? Makes it impossible to look through the tables with your 4-tables-open maximum.

I agree its terrible.

But I still play there. The 'upgrade' was second only to bodog for its level of failure

Search for any and all posts about Pacific over the last five or six years.

They could not care less what their players think or want.

Ironically, they have the best PR Department of all, and this brings in more new players than probably any other site.

Unfortunately for them, their Support and Tech Departments are the worst of all, so almost all the new players move on to other sites within weeks.

Pacific is and always has been the colloquial sleeping giant. They could be number 1 within months, if they weren't so bad, overall.

imo

I agree 100% Mike.

imo the players more than make up for any of the problems with that site.

I hate their ALL - IN button its so close to the raise button, just over the top of it. Once I meant to make a standard raise at the 10/20 NL table, and my optical mouse skipped downwards and pushed all in with AT for 2K. Got instacalled by JJ and lost.

Emailed them asking for reimbursement, and suprisingly received a 100 bones. Not much, but something.

Why WOULD you ever play there???????????????????

As many have said in this thread..and over many years now -- It is a junky operation and they dont give a hoot about any of the players.

There are just as many OTHER Fish Sites to play on without having to take what this group is offering. And the alternative sites care about the players and constantly try and improve their sites.

Good Luck to You...Hope to see you on another Site soon

Whenever I open a table my computer crashes after about 30 seconds. My computer has never crashed with any other application in the 3 years I have had it. Pacific suggested I clear my internet cache to solve the problem.
