Edit: I recommend awaiting confirmation from n0nplussed regarding the + name that the PM originated from.

Sick work, RW. I was not familiar with the trade he did to the FTP account. Didn't even bother to look it up. I was thinking of doing this, based on PTR's data, which is monsterous. I was having my doubts on why someone w/ stats like that would be interested in a swap, w/ this kind of vig. Ladies and gentleman, let this be a lesson that if it's too good to be true, it is.

So how does this kind of hack usually happen? So someone gets a hold of that person's 2+2 account and stars account...tries to get money via cash or sent to scammer's online account?

fwiw rich people who want things can be willing to pay quite a lot for convenience, not saying this is the case here though
