No, you didnt. I am SirLuscious. At the risk of being tedious, I'll go through the whole thing. First, I post here that I want 150 on stars for 150 on cake. I get a pm from asellers07, saying to pm him at asellers8423. He tells me his name on stars is
TTOIA and he will sit at a 1/2nlhe table alone with 129$ which is strange bc we are gonna transfer 150. So, i do the search and I see TTOIA at a .5/1 plo table also, which seems strange because he could have just pointed this out. I talked to him and asked for references, and he said admo and 2 other dudes, all of whom were not online. I told him I wasn't sure, he said, ok 50 at a time. I shipped 50 on cake to
superuser1, dont think I saved the email adress (dumb I know, maybe can find it somehow though), it was something like andrewsellers and then some #'s. A few minutes later the stars transfer goes through and I was ready to repeat.

Before we can repeat he says, I just got a call, my girl was in an accident, omg Im freaking out, send the money back. Im like wtf? He says I shipped you 60, I say I only got 50, he says just send the 60 back that he's panicking about his girl. I check stars and there is another 10 sent, so I send 10 back to him on stars to him and tell him, he says ok, cool. So, like 20 min later he's back on AIM and says lets finish, the accident wasnt bad and his girl is fine. I noticed in those 20 minutes, TTTOIA was still playing at stars. I figured he was prob a go-between.

So, now he tells me that the stars transfers are too slow, and lets just do 150 at once. Now, I may be naive but it was becoming pretty obv what was going on at this point. I say no, he freaks out, like wtf, are you kidding, dont waste my time. For some reason I kept talking to him, I told him how shady that looked and whatnot. I say send first he doesnt respond, he finally does and says ok 50 more. I was like 85% I wouldn't see it again, but something in me really wanted to confirm he was a scammer (this line of thinking doesnt help me in poker either). So I shipped and he says he shipped, then he stops responding on aim and I make a post in this thread about him being a scammer, then he aims me and says he was just eating, and take that ****, down, wtf, why would I do that. I take it down and give him a few more minutes to ship, he doesnt and I repost.
He signs off aim, so I look to see if TTOIA is still on stars, he's still at .5/1plo so I go and ask him where my money is, he says a bunch of things that are *******'ed out. Calls me a scammer and other names, and when I say I shipped on cake he repeats over and over that he doesnt even have a cake accnt. We go back and forth for a while, with my ultimate goal being for him to tell me who he dealt with, what 2p2 name and what aim name. He wont tell me, and this really pisses me off. I tell him that either he cheated me or we both got cheated by asellers07, so tell me the 2p2 and aim name and I can confirm/deny thats who I dealt with. He just goes off about what a scumbag I am, which is understandable if he thinks he got scammed. When a mod comes to the table, he says dont worry im leaving, which makes me suspicious of him that he doesnt want to get to the bottom of this. Then I pm'ed him on here to try to find out if this is indeed a 3rd party scam, but he never responds. All this makes me very suspect of fivemeo (TTOIA). I dont want to call him a scammer and say he is working with asellers07, but why wouldnt he respond or tell me the 2p2 name or aim name that he dealt with. I hope he isn't in on it and would not be surprised if he isnt.
Now, Im not bitching about being scammed, bc buyer beware and all, and I had all the evidence to realize what was gonna happen. I just want people to be aware of a new (to me) way to run a scam and make sure nobody thinks that I was involved. SirLuscious is a complete unkown name to anyone who didnt play bodog tournies like 3 yrs ago, but I still dont want my name associated with any bull****.
