HEllo,
the Paradise Poker server crashed on friday, i was in several sitngos. I lost min. 16eur because you were in a QUEUE!!! to relogin, and then people were blinded out. After long discussion with support, they always said we have to investigate, and after 3 DAYS I get this as rediculos answer by mail:

Since their tounament history is broken, and i dont know exactly which sitngos it were, my money will be gone forever.

I contacted several times again support, here my last chat that PROOFS THAT PARADISE POKER ARE ROBBERS

Do you stupid people not learn, stick to FTP/Stars, at least they got a reputation to uphold.

And just a little friendly advice; Start behaving, support dosent have infinite good will. And man, its 16 juros, go get a job.

U stupid Paperwalls, whats your problem. (I guess AIDS? lol ) Often small sites are serious too, and the point is making money is a lot easier there since ethe games are softer.

Additional info: my chat converstation was aggresive, because I had 11 polite, endless, nonens conversations before that.

Yes mate, I dont understand anything because I said you were being abusive (which you were).

Think before you speak, then maybe the person you were talking to would have found the details from their end (which they most probably could have done, and only reason they didn't is why should they when you are calling them a "******" etc)

Id be just as frustrated as you no doubt, but wouldn't resort to abuse. Do you not have a HUD you can recover the Tournament data from. Dont save Hand Histories to your computer?
