Just want to warn you all for the Ipoker skin Paddypower. Their customer support is terrible and they threat customers like ****. For me it all started when i made a new account after my old Ipoker skin went to a new network. So here´s my story.

I started account and deposited some cash through my E-Visa card. My bank has a system for internet transactions thats work like this; A software issued by my bank creates a temporary Visa card where i get to set a) Maximum amount of transaction b) Timelimit for use of that
particular "Visa card". The transaction went smoothly and i were going to start to play, but the software kept kicking me out from the system so i had to login several times, and suddenly my account was locked for security reasons.

So far so good, i think its fine that they take action when they see strange things happening on a new account, but here my problems begun,

I contacted Paddypower customer support to deal w the issues and they told me to send picture of passport, bankstatement and picture of Visa card. I send a mail explaining to them about my E-Visa system and that its not possible for me to scan the Visa card given my banks "system",

They told me to send passport, bankstatement and picture of Visa card!?

So i decided to scan the documents (except Visa but i took screenshot of the system and also of bankaccount so that they could see that transactions where maid). But the files i send just bounced back every time. So i contacted them by their chat function and told them about the problem i had.

I explained again that it wont really work but i will do my best.
The person in Chat were not supportive at all and didnt even try to understand what i was telling them, so either stupid or just dont care about customer.

I tryed to send file again one by one thinking that maybe the file size where to big or something. But that seemed little strange cause it was like 5mb. But it didnt work. So again contacted customer support and after that their Chat.

They both told me to send passport, bankstatement and picture of Visa card!!

I again tryed to express the problem i had but the answer given you´ve heard before. I guess this was like the 5th time i told the same story to them
and i still just got the same answer...

So i was starting to get quite annoyed to say the least and i contacted them again and asked if they couldnt contact me by phone or atleast get one person on my case cause all the time i had to talk to a new person explaining it over and over. The answer i got was a automatic reply and after that i´ve never heard from them.

So i sent a mail to Paddypower explaining to them what i felt about their customersupport. I also told them that i will post my story wherever i can so now i do.

PADDYPOWER CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!!!

Ive played there and found their customer support to be top notch. very fast and very knowledgeable as well.

never had a problem with support either, always really really helpfull and I never even had to verify documents. They also email you checking how you are for time to time and i get bonus offers weekly.
