I agreed to the following transfer yesterday:

FckCoolers on Lock transferring $750 to Search4 on Lock for BoA.

At 7:20 PM last night, search_4 (2+2 name) said he sent the BoA wire. It is not in my account right now and he has not been back on Skype or answered any PM's. I am viewing him as a scammer and cross-posting this on PocketFives until I get a response.

His record on here and P5's was clean so I had no reason to think this would happen. Hopefully I was not scammed, but consider this fair warning not to trade with him.

I am afraid you probably got scammed. It seems strange this person does a bunch of small trades of $20 or so and all of a sudden does a big trade of $750. This person has not been on 2+2 all that long and no trade was even over $50 that I see. Another issue is why this person did not post in the p2p transfer thread saying pm sent or something to let people know that a trade was going on. Too many red flags sorry.

Yeah, the signs were there when I look back. I just don't consider $750 a big amount at all so if someone wants to have their account banned on 2 major sites over chump change then I feel sorry for them and how bad their life must be.

So just to clarify if you get $30 GDMP from somebody in a trade in the end you'll end up getting about $25 available to use on a card that works like a debit card? Sorry I'm a newb.

wow. Go to your local walgreens, walmart, eckerd or kmart grab the CARDBOARD greendot moneypak, it is NOT a debit card, it is cardboard. You take it up to the cashier and say "I'd like to load 30 dollars on this" She says ok sir your total is 34.95. Now you have 30 dollars on the moneypak that has a code on the back that you add the code onto your greendot reloadable prepaid card.

This is constantly done for $50, nevermind $750.
The "2 major sites" accounts of his were both less than a month old, no loss there.

Search4 played on Lock/Cake this morning for 2 hours.
14 HU sngs (mainly $100) losing $324(sharkscope)
3 short ring sessions losing $40 (ptr)

There's a very good chance that he can't cash out.

Cake has always been the best at turfing cheaters/scammers.
Hopefully Lock will be as good.

Insist that Lock freeze his account and you will provide PROOF that he is a scammer. Be persistent.

Emily at Lock forwarded all of this info plus what info I included earlier to Lock's operations manager saying that I and another 2+2 member have proof he is a scammer and a thief.

On top of the HU SnG's this morning he started playing them like 5 minutes after my transfer went through last night.

At the very least, please perma IP this scum from 2+2 and I hope he gets his someday.

Does anybody know if you have to be transfer-verified for Cake Poker in order to receive p2p transfers? Thanks

I'm a US player and have done a couple trades with depechdnkn but just sending my black chip for his intertops. I would like to start using BoA transfers to both send and receive in order to move my money to different sites and what not. Is there a thread on what information I would be giving to other players? I obviously realize I'm not giving up anything that is too compromising, but some detail about it would be great to know.

This guy contacted me for a small trade. It was something little like 20 or 25. It looks like he getting trade history to set up for a large scam. Do u have any current updates on this?

Note: ashleyspot Banned on PTP after 7 days on site after connected as multiaccounter of rmattson2 who seemed to be a serial beggar of stakes via PM, but obviously now a poker site multiaccounter based on different SNs used.

Based on literally begging in PMs tons of different people as of 2 weeks ago leads me to believe there is no 6K on Lock to transfer and never was...

Obvious guy is scammer. Supposedly has 3-6k but asks for multiple stakes?

Also, when he attempted to post photo yesterday the link went to an account named mattson1 or something(this post was deleted but maybe mod could check). Pretty telling since this is supposed to be a woman.
