Played a S&G when this happened. Do someone know if I will get my money back when there server craches or if it is lost money? ( had tripps when this happened so I am a bit sad )

This is what a got form support:
We would like to apologize for all the inconveniences caused, there's an unscheduled server downtime, our technical team is aware of it and they're currently working on the issue, however, there's not time frame provided. Once the server is backup, the relevant department will work on the refund for all players throughout the network.

on a plus note the new lobby is pretty nice.. maybe we will get another surprise. like random tables not closing when you are deep w/ a fish.


My favorite part about ongame is the fish don't hit and run you, the ****ty software does lol

that's what you get when you outsource IT to India or Manila..

the problem is: managers don't look at total costs including all money and menhours lost due to downtime, they just look at plain headcount costs...

couldnt open at all earlier, now i can get as far as trying to log in but cant connect to the server. hopefully it wont take a day like it did a couple of weeks back

Good Afternoon,

Late in the morning our players experienced connection issues to our servers. Players should be able to log in now, and most of the games have been restored. Our technical department is working hard to get everything resolved. Players that may have been affected by disconnections due to this incident, will be refunded automatically.

Any of our players that have questions about their bonus please send us an email and we will look at each players' account on a case by case basis.
