Hi dear Players:

First of all, HI EVERYONE! Remember True is now hosted on www.truepoker.ag

Payment and deposit situation is stable and this is business as usual.

Actually this week there are 15 packages to Punta Cana Poker Classic.

If you're one of the final 15 left standing in the 15-package GTD on June 19th, you’re headed to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for the poker vacation of a lifetime!

Regards,

TruePoker Rep

"True Poker rep:"

Who is Fasola who claims to be a poker rep at your company yet only responds to PMs like once per month. Also, he responds with completely wrong information.

Not sure if I am going to deposit yet on True poker. I am not sure if there is a lot of action. Tried you freeroll once or twice but didn't cash. Not sure how good the site is yet.

Can you give a detailed breakdown of what is included in the $3,500 package. Is it must play if you win a satellite? How many entries were there in the PCPC in years past? Will there be any other side events/cash games running during the week?

Thank You

I've heard that people who have won multiple tickets to this 109 tourney are not being credited. Any explanation why?

Also if I have never opened an acct. on that network can I have a friend send me funds to fund my acct. so I can play in this?

From past experience, I can tell you that the funds transfer will not work for you. They require that youve had atleast one real money deposit before you can accept a P2P transfer....For whatever reason...

My advice is to contact our support team directly at support@truepoker.ag and they will gladly assist any player in case they have a multiple entry to the same event.

To perform a Player to Player transfer, simply make at least one minimum deposit and make sure all your personal information is filled out and accurate. For now, you'll need to contact security@truepoker.ag in order to do the transfer.

Limits: $1 min, $100 max and only within skins.

Hi MrAggromonkey,

Thank you for your inquiry.

If by segregation you mean they are divided into different areas then no.
We don't segregate balances on our site. When you play you'll have only one balance.

Is this new? You used to be able to request higher amounts through security.

I believe MrAggro is asking if player account funds are kept completely segregated from the Poker Sites funds.

Do you have separate funds that house player funds from the Poker Sites funds or are are funds held in the same account/accounts?

I don't want to get in too much detail but yes we have 100% of player balances covered and accounted for.

With our new software platform we are aware of some issues (like when you win 2 seats in the same tournament or un-register from a tournament you won a seat to) however support is crediting cash to players with issues and this is a high priority item to fix going forward.

YES you open a new account and your friend sends you some cash the only time we will ask for anything is when you cash out ( pretty standard id and what not).

hope this helps

Hey thanks for being on here answering questions. What is going on with the website that tracks rakeback revenue? Can't get the site to load and no figures have been reported to my affiliate in the month of June. Thanks!

Tell us more about your site.

Tell us about rakeback, rake, HUD, deposit bonuses, affiliates, and other incentives and promotions...

There are a ton of people sitting on the sidelines. We just need a good site to play on.

Presently, the existing sites that are allowing US players can't even come close to comparing themselves to Poker Stars. They try, but they just can't do it. They are too focus to much on themselves and their short-term results. They sabotage themselves. (Although Everleaf, Hero, RPM and Lock seem to be working hard to make a difference (they're a bunch of good guys), but unfortunately Lock and RPM have to deal with Merge. Everleaf just doesn't have the traffic yet (but in time, I think they'll grow.)

So, tell us about your site.

Thanks
