Mailed From Buffalo, NY on 12/15.

pretty sure its not the postal service fault...........all first class mail is 2-3 days

Was wondering if it's the postal service or pstars.

I requested a check 12/09 and pstars support verified that it was mailed on 12/12. I would think mail usually takes 3-4 days but I haven't recieved it yet

Check came today. Was postmarked the 16th.

Just had an odd problem: Requested check yesterday (small amount). TODAY, just an hour ago, without my asking the money was returned to my account.

Have not gotten any notification from Stars yet but this seemed odd.

Has this happened to anyone else?

type of thing has happened. talk to support

with my case there were some transaction problems, but they were on top of it and it was fixed within 24 hours

Thank you, Wufwugy. I just got a response from Stars that said the same thing: "Error on the part of our server. Your check is fine. Resubmit your cashout request. Don't worry so much."

I would be really surprised if they actually said this. PS support is pretty much by the book professional.

yes. I should not have used quotation marks. That is roughly what they said but is not at all an actual quote. Originally, I did not use quotation marks and I thought it looked confusing that the paraphrased part was so long.

received today, from Canada took 8 days.

So....getting the check isnt the problem. It is the check going through processing and getting finalized into your bank account. Anybody can use the mail system.

is this normal?? 10 days??

Just moved over from ftp and requested my first check from stars. FTP checks were almost always a 3 sometimes 4 day turnaround from request to the check in the mail box.

i cashed out a check on 12/18 and still have yet to get it im hoping its just the holiday season slowing things down..

Actually I'd like to retract the 12/13. It was cashed a coup days ago without my knowledge.

I'm new to Pokerstars, and used an echeck to deposit $150 into my account today. Immediately following the deposit, I got a confirmation that I could start playing with real money, but that it would take a few days to clear my bank.

I am located in the US, and I am concerned about a specific scenario. After depositing the funds, I won over $1000, and the thought crossed my mind: what if my bank rejects the echeck deposit? After all, I am located in the US. If this happens, what will happen to my winnings? Will I not be able to collect? Or, will PS just take the initial deposit out of my winnings and use a different payment method to send my winnings.

Any help would be appreciated...

Support said it was mailed on the 18th. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the holidays are causing the delay.

so are the checks sent out still comin from canada?

errrr, looks like they are indeed from canada....but no problems if dropped into the night box @ the bank?

requested that same day, took a few to process the darn weekends and holidays keep coming around so hasnt really been that many buisness days not going to worry till after the 10th

Deposited without any problems. It was postmarked the 28th.
